  1. There’s a majestic grandeur about those owls and the wind just enhances it! πŸ˜‰
The trees silhouettes and the moon rising are beautiful. I was looking for the moon behind that x mark, I will never know, will I?! πŸ˜‰ Happy to see your painter at work!
    Happy Tuesday, my friend!

    • The moon was long set by the they time the X happened. The winds in the upper atmosphere were making interesting patterns right after those jets crossed paths. Thanks, Marina.

  2. WOW!!! I feel that I have travelled to the moon and back. There is such grandeur in your moon photography – it is the most amazing that I have ever seen. And I see that you have just published another post. Heading over there now!

    • Thanks, Rebecca. My new lens aptly name The Bazooka by Herman at Hands on Bowie & Jimi is excellent for shooting the moon.

    • Hi Resa. It was jets. I was hoping the were going to cross closer together, but they ended up making an X. The wind in the upper atmosphere was making nice patterns in the contrails before they go quickly blown to pieces.
