Crescent Moon and Venus were in the Tangle Heart Tree tonight.
The above video is of cranes landing on the opposite side of the Rio Grande and then wading into the river at the end of the video. Turn up the volume so you can hear the cranes.

They can be clumsy when landing. Especially when the run into each other and start fighting.

You never fail to make a stunning composition with that tree, Tim. I enjoyed the video. I’ve only been close to cranes with one or two at a time, so I have not heard that sound they made. It has a surprising “trill” (if lower pitched). Hugs.

A nice alignment. Almost all the planets are up at night here these days. Mars, Jupiter, and Venus have great visibility. Mercury, Saturn, and Uranus have so-so visibility. Neptune is difficult to see. Thanks, Marina.
