A beautiful set of images, Tim.. All among my favorite things, especially the Sandias and river. Is Lenny the new office pup? He is a little sweetheart! Always a pleasure to see owls, cranes, animals of all sorts and New Mexico skies.
So many Sandhill cranes danced in the above Murph, Jazz, & I a few days ago. It was amazing. Their dangling legs are hilariously adorable. Love that road, along with the rest. What is that to the right near the edge?
That is a log the Conservancy placed at the base of the levee to keep people and horses from walking straight up the bank. The foot traffic was causing erosion. There used to be a bootleg bridge across the clear water ditch there before the Conservancy removed it. Thanks, Dawn.
Beautiful as ever, but Lenny is best! 🤩Who could resist?
Thanks, Heidi.
What a lovely post and is this a new addition to your’ family’?
No. The cats won’t have dogs. A staff member brings him to the office. Thanks, Shey.
Well I wondered re the cats. I thought..gosh they must be being really accommodating,….
I don’t think Lenny would fair too well against our clowder of cats.
Lol. I can imagine.
Hello Lenny! What a cutie!
I love all the other pictures as well! Especially the owl!
Thanks, Nancy.
Little Lenny is gorgeous….as are all the other subjects in this post.
Thanks, Janet.
As magnificently fearsome as Daddy Owl is, Wee Beast Lenny steals the show.
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Lenny a Wee Beast? He’s so sweet!
SC, DO, GBH in paradise!
He is a sweet little beast. Thanks, Marina.
Very sweet!
Another great selection, Tim. The moon, Lenny, Daddy Owl, and the ghostly clouds appealed. Cheers, Tim.
Love the diversity shown here, Tim. That Lenny is a cutie-patootie!
He is way too cute. Thanks, Dale.
Downright irresistible, I would say 😉

Lenny comes to the office, but he’s not here every day like Buddy. Buddy retired and moved to Utah. Thanks, Lavinia.
What a lovely day from dawn to dusk, Tim. I particularly like the dusk photo and the road leading to the horizon. Hugs.
Thanks, Teagan.
