  1. Holy moly! What a bonanza of balloons! I had no idea hot air balloons were different shapes now and so incredibly creative. Elvis!?! Thanks, Timothy, for your impressive photography in bringing this whole show to us.

  2. You get some magnificent views, Tim. Magnificently taken as well. Gwendolyn and Loki took the biscuit for me today. So many crackers it was hard to pick a favourite, Sir. Cheers. hard

    • As I said before, if they can’t give Jake treats and attention (Jake’s into T&A), they don’t exist as far as he’s concerned. Thanks, Gigi.

  3. It must be beautiful out there, that hot air ballooning is such a big event. I recently was gifted with a WWII PT-26 flight. Amazing the different shades that fields are. Smelled fuel the whole time in a contraption made largely of wood. Gas guages on the wings still worked for the copilot that would be me if it weren’t me & an actual pilot. Makes me wonder how different NM looks in aerial form. Have you been on a hot air balloon? Frankly, I was thrilled to be grounded.

    • I am jealous of your flight on the PT-26. I almost scheduled a ride on a B-24 bomber once. Since I wouldn’t have been able to get in the nose gunner position to do photos, I decided it wasn’t worth it. I have flown in balloons many times over the years. I find balloons are really boring compared to airplanes. Thanks. Dawn.
