More C, C, M & C

Pre-Dawn

Just when I thought it was safe to go on a walk without the distractions of clouds, coyotes, moon and cranes, they all happen.

Dawn

Clouds gone wild

This is not Wile E. Coyote. We ran into each other on the bridge over the Clearwater Ditch. I think this coyote is a female. Maybe Wile E. Coyote’s girlfriend. She is afraid of me, and says “Leave me be Sam I am! I don’t want your Paparazzo spam!”

This is Wile E. Coyote. He was standing on the levee watching me cross the bridge.

Wile E. Coyote followed me into the bosque.

Wile E. Coyote is a male. In this series he walks toward a pile of coyote crap, stops, lifts his leg to pee on it, then continues on his way.

With all the thin clouds hanging around, the Sandias turned a brilliant red tonight.

Cranes flew under the moon

    • It’s like this. When I do a mile walk around the block at the office, it takes me 15 to 18 minutes depending on how my joints are feeling. Tonight I walked a mile in the bosque and it took me 1 hour 26 minutes with all the distractions. Thanks, JYP. I see you ditched the dog avatar.

  1. The Red Sandias… STUNNING! THe skies were amazing! I took pictures of our skies last night too! 🙂
    Then the coyote! WOW!
    You always amaze me!

  2. A beautiful dawn exploding into clouds and settling into a colorful dusk again. I enjoyed seeing the coyotes, too, So Wile E left a P-Mail on the Dung pile? Coyote-Net!

  3. I got everything but Coyote. How could I forget?
Seems like Wile E. is getting to know you.
If that is his GF, where will they have their pups?
Speaking of young-uns, any owl news?
I found an owl art yesterday… a beauty! xo

  4. Wile was making sure you didn’t get to close to his date! If they are mates, expect to see a few more hanging around in about two months!

    • One of our neighbors said they had three pups last year and one pup got hit and killed by a car on their road. Thanks, Brian.
