The photo is a panorama. The vignetting of the lens creates dark lines where the images are stitched together splitting up the light pollution from Albuquerque into tubes of light. Thanks, Deborah.
Love your photo art, Timothy. That harvest moon shot is wonderful. I captured it lat night before bed around 9:45, give or take, knowing it would only be officially full at 5:57 this morning. Glad I did, too as the clouds have hidden it!
Any guess on the cause of the tubular effect?

Amazing photos Tim
Thanks, Miriam.
Wow Timothy. It seems you alive for a reason.
Thanks, Cindy.
Magical shots!
Thanks, Rudi.
I was half expecting to hear Tubular Bells playing in the background. But seeing it’s still September, I might be getting ahead of myself.
Thanks, Danzig. No tubular Bells for me, but I did write a piece called Non-Tubular Bells: https://wp.me/p1yQyy-5dR.
Beautiful photographs…..Enjoy the weekend. 🙂
Thanks, Janet.

The moon was still hanging in the clear sky this morning out here. Thanks, Dale.
I looked for mine… no such luck! I did get a few pretty good shots last night, though.
Excellent.
I dunno about excellent, but I will say pretty good – I don’t have a bazooka like you, yanno! 😉
I particularly like the second and third photos with their golden light.
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Lovely, lovely, LOVELY.
Thanks, Shey.
Ah… the painter! Much needed! Long sigh.
Thanks, Marina.
Those are breathtaking photos, Tim. The Painter put on quite the show.
Thanks, Lavinia. Painter gone wild.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! I saw the Harvest Moon early this morning! 🌕
Thanks, Samantha. More Harvest Moon to come.
If there’s one place I would love to visit after seeing pictures online, it would be where you live.
It’s very dry out here. Some people find the dryness shocking. Thanks, Susan.
You make it look so beautiful. It’s been very dry this summer in Mississippi where my sweetheart is too.
Wow great show. All elements present and stunning. 💛
Thanks, Michelle.
Love the sunset shot – so much going on in that shot and the angles just guide your eyes left to right..well done.
It’s like totally tubular. Thanks, Brian.
Stunning, Tim.
You live in a paradise.
Still, you work hard to be there. Thank you for sharing it all with us! xo
You’re welcome, Rsea.
Stunning photos Tim!
Thanks, Julie.
