I have never heard about Arnaldur Indridason before and now that I’ve looked him up, he has many books. Thank you for the introduction, Tim!!1 Have just placed him on my to be read pile.
If you read the Inspector Erlendur series it’s best to start with Jar City and read them in order. I love his writing. I have read all the Erlendur books plus one or two others.

Lovely nocturnal trio! I’m imagining your owl at night, hooting at the moon, sorry. 🙂 That delicate crescent…one of my favorites I rarely see… or sunsets…or owls. So…Thank You!
Thanks, Mary Jo. The owls do hoot through the night. They are especially vocal starting about 4:00 am. Often they are in different trees around the property and we get hooting in surround sound. The skunks are starting their courtships. It’s been a little pungent the last few mornings.
