What awesome pictures. Glad the dust cleared out.
I know exactly what happened between the two Jake pictures. It’s what male dogs do to mark their territory.
I enjoyed the birds in the sky with the sliver moon! 🌙
Have a great week, Tim!
One good whiff is like reading the newspaper! And the sniffer can reply, too. 🙂 P-mail can be Poop-mail, too. Works the same way but is more visible, more like a book left about than a newspaper. We had some creature leaving poops on high places for a while.
LOL. I know they do that… (Growing up I had a little dog who enthusiastically flushed his toilet.) But I’ve never heard it called that before. It’s cracking me up.
The 2 photos: Critter spotted??
No! Guess again. Think male dogs. Thanks, Leenda.
Mark & sniff?
Bingo!
Awe Jake’s paws! What an adorable picture of Jake! The picture of red wing birds looked amazing!
Thanks, Becky.
You have the best walks with great friends, Tim! The colour behind the trees set off the branches beautifully.
Thanks, Rebecca. The walk was in a really strong wind today.
Looks wonderful.
Thanks, Cindy.
re your photo question,…..I have no idea…….. Seriously that last one is amazing colorwise.
Lifted his leg and wee wee wee’d and a little more wee. That’s what Jake does a lot. Kind of pisses me off. Thanks, Shey.
Nothing worse than being pissed off or as we say here pee’d off.
What awesome pictures. Glad the dust cleared out.

You know male dogs. Thanks, Nancy.
I love that pre-dawn sky! Very cute photo of Jake on his back. Yes, I recognize the dog behavior in the second two photos of him.
Jake’s a classic leg lifter. Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim. Our dog used to fill up with water before his walks so he’s have plenty ammo.
I call it refilling his peeshooter.
Ha ha, good one!
Excellent photos.
The Pre-dawn is my favourite. The colours are just stunning!
Thanks, rabirius.
A great collection Tim, with especially nice skies and bathroom etiquette from Jake.
Thanks, Brad.
In other words, “Dust in the Wind.”
Hahaha! Kansas blowing in NM. Thaanks, Brad.
Jake and that marvelous ‘Afternoon’ shot take the medals for me, Tim!
Thanks, Inchy.
What a fabulous collection of photos, Timothy! I suspect Jake done did his bidness and then did that scrape-thing with his paws to fling it out!
Thanks, Dale.
Well, dad, if I don’t leave my messages how will the ladies know “I was here”?!
These paws have seen a lot!
Windy winds here too, but North, cold ones.
Especcially the cute coyote. chicks! Thanks, Marina.
Jake……paw dog, looks like he wants to play!
Beautiful and Jake’s upside smile, with his white teeth is adorable.
He is adorable. Thanks, Gigi.
Tim, is it the dust that makes the pre-dawn in the first shot so pink?
This post is a potpourri of My Tree. Love it.
Jake is hysterical! Lololol. xoxoxo
The dust helps with the colors, but those were clouds causing the pink. Thanks, Resa.
Nice!
It looks like Jake picked up a scent. Super pictures.
He left some scent. Thanks, Robbie.
I bet Jake left some P-mail for someone!
I didn’t know you got dust storms down there, Tim.
Hahahaha, P-mail.
One good whiff is like reading the newspaper! And the sniffer can reply, too. 🙂 P-mail can be Poop-mail, too. Works the same way but is more visible, more like a book left about than a newspaper. We had some creature leaving poops on high places for a while.

As I mentioned to Teagan, Jake goes into sensory overload downtown.
When Jake goes downtown with me, he gets sensory overload from all the different pee-mail and poop-mail from animals and humans all over the place.
We have lots of dry sand to blow around out here. Thanks, Lavinia.
Haha, Jake “flushing the toilet.” The afternoon picture is gorgeous. Hugs.
That’s one way to look at it. Thanks, Teagan.
Beautiful sky!
Thanks, Teri.
Hmnmm, did Jake kill a leprechaun and then dig up the pot of gold?
Damn that Jake is a handsome boy! Love your sunset looking west
He’s a chick magnet. Thanks, Julie.
Sure is!
