Spectacular crane pic!
Spectacular cranes pic!!!
What kind of crane is that? It has a beautiful color!
Hi Stine. They are Sandhill Cranes.
The cranes photo is fascinating, beautiful and so unusual. Thanks for sharing it with us. The landscape photo is also beautiful with the gorgeous colors!
They were being silly. Thanks, for dropping by, Juanita.
Wonderful pics, Tim. I especially like that you got one of the cranes looking your way. Awesome.
Thanks, Jeff. I took serveral photos with the front crane looking slightly different directions. It was hard to choose which one worked the best.
Welcome, Tim. Ah, of course. Well, I didn’t see the other ones, yet did like the way this one came out.
I decided I liked the determined look on the crane in front.
When I come to your place, Tim, I feel I’m stepping into a new world. Fabulous!!
I’m happy I can offer you another world to visit. Thanks, Rebecca.
Gorgeous + gorgeous
Thanks, Mary Jo.
Mostro a tre teste!
Sì! Grazie, Brian.
The illusion of the three-headed crane bird
Just a threesome
Yep! Hydra cranes. Thanks, abvr.
Oh, awesome image
Interesting capture, the bunch of cranes. It is a lovely shade of red, they wear as a mask.
They were donning a monster mask. Thanks, Heidi.
Must listen to “Monster Mask” by Pomplamoose immedeately … 🙂
Good thinking and listening.
lovely pictures. Just the thing tos tart the day on.
Beautiful how one of the birds looks directly at you.
I also like the sky colours in the second picture very much.
Look Paparazzo, I’ll pose once, but then you leave us alone, k? How’s this angle?
They were angling alright. Thanks, Dale.
He he he 🙂
Honestly, your cranes are into Op art too! Unbelievable!
The cranes are creative critters. Op art and hop art. They like to wing it! Thanks, Marina.
Oh, they certainly do! 😉
Beautiful cranes, Timothy. The colour around their eyes looks purple.
The color around there eyes is bright red in the sunlight, but it does take on a purplish hue in the dusk. Thanks, Roberta.
While Kerberos guards the gates of Hades preventing the escape of the shades and the souls, his smaller cousin Kraneberos is assigned to guarding river traffic and preventing things from being too quiet.
Hahaha! Kraneberos does a great job of keeping the noise level up. Thanks, Tristan.
That is a beautiful crane portrait, Tim. They almost look like a three-headed bird, your Kraneberos. 🙂
That’s Tristan’s Kraneberos, which is a perfect description. Thanks, Lavinia.
We just now found this post: The one facing the camera almost looks like it has full cheeks ala chipmunk. Wonderful image, Tim. The sky shot is also a beauty.
Thanks, Maj & Sher.
Loving your cranes …
A 3 headed crane… what’s next?
Great shot, Tim! Waiting for a 4 headed beaver!
If I see a 4 headed beaver that will be a milagro.
If anyone will see one, it will be you!
