Clouds have an impulsion to go where they have to go and paint messages for someone to know.
Your slate is clean, calm and still.
Soundless and tranquil the images are affecting in a good and lovely way; just wondering what the cranes are on about.
This is a glorious series of outdoor delights, Timothy. I’ve gotten so spoiled by your gorgeous watermelon Sandias! And I really enjoyed looking at the series of the nine photos actually showing us the cloudless sky in all directions. Solitary moon, ahhh, and fun crane moment.
Thanks Roberta. The red-winged blackbirds all fly and land as a group. It looks like the tree is a vacuum sucking them onto the branches when they land.
I love this series, especially the moon over the Sandias. It was clear enough last night to get a good view of the full moon up here. Cold morning at 31 degrees.
All beautiful but my favourite is ‘Moon over Rosa’s Tree’. – stunning….and I love the movement and activity in the cranes.
Thanks, Janet.

You are most welcome Timothy
The blackbirds make heart shapes. Lovely pics.
They were heartfelt. Thanks, Shey.
They were.
Nothing to see, nothing to write about.
You’ve captured a cloudless day perfectly.
Thanks, PD.
Such beautiful skies!!
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Resa’s tree always gives the best showing, doesn’t it? Love the commentary on the cranes! Beauty can be found in cloudless skies.
As I mentioned to Resa, her tree stands out and is outstanding. Thanks, Dale.
It truly does!
Not a cloud but ah, what amazing views!
Thanks, Marina.
Three of these, took my breath away, Tim. REsa’s tree, the moon and the sunset.
Thanks, Inchie.
Wow those red black birds are cool.. I don’t see much black on them.
““And what are you going to do about it? Jerk!”” lol❣️❤️😂
Thanks, Cindy. They are orangey in the setting sun. Thanks, Cindy/
Living where you are, who would ever want to live indoors? The sky calls to me…
Thanks, Rebecca.
Is that moon over the sandias at sunrise? Very cool. I enjoyed the crane dialogue
Sunset. The Sandias turn red at sunset. Thanks, JYP.
Beautiful!!! Love the grid layout of photos near the top of the post! And, the crane commentary was hilarious – LOL!
Thanks, Samantha. If you click on a photo in the grid, it will enlarge into a slideshow.

Thanks, Jet. We get a lot of clear days, but it is pretty rare not to have at least a contrail in the sky these days.
These are all beautiful pictures but the first one is especially delightful for me.

Amazing

It was 24 this morning. 62 right now. Thanks, Lavinia.
My tree would have been Prom Queen if she was human. xo
Fore sure. Thanks, Resa.
Cloudless skies bring a wonder all their own.
That they do. Thanks, Brad.
Love the crane caption – perfectly captured the moment assuredly with a butt wiggle exclamation point!
Exactly. They do a lot of butt wiggles. Thanks, Brian.
I’m a cloud girl .. but these skies are beautiful!
Thanks, Julie. We get plenty of interesting clouds.
