Day Breaker Rose

A Hawk was “riding the storm out” on top of a tree while I was “outriding the storm” on my Black Beauty Bosque bike.

Sunset
Good to see Orion again. Though it does mean winter isn’t far behind. Love the cloud photos.
Thanks, Brad.
The clouds are gorgeous
Thanks, Robbie.
Love the wildness of this one. Bikes, hawks and storms.
Thanks, Shey.
Brave Hawk and brave you on the mountainbike…
I personally experienced that rain was also expected in Belgium yesterday… I ended up in the middle of a thunderstorm with heavy downpours. Luckily I had a relatively good shelter in a forest under a dense canopy. But after a while the rainwater started to drip from the trees, resulting in… it still got quite wet. How hard the life of a photographer can be – LOL
You have to brave the elements to get the good shots. Thanks, Rudi.
We are also about to have heavy rain for the week…..it is that time of the year:). As always I Love your photographs:)
Thanks, Janet.
Generally a storm will catch up.
Thanks, Danzig.
Those are some serious storm clouds!
We got 300th of an inch. We are upp to 0.21 inches of rain for September. Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim. I can’t imagine living in a place that gets so little rain.
Seldom rains in Lima, light drizzle only. As is hardly any rain there is no drainage system in the streets. So on the few times it does rain……the water has nowhere to go!
Even with a drainage system, streets still get flooded around here. Thanks, Geoff.
Stars, clouds, a rose, a hawk and rain… what more could I ask for?!
I hope you did outride the storm and got home dry!
I got a few drops along the way. We got 300th of an inch of rain last night. So we are up to 0.21 inches of rain for September. Thanks, Marina.
Still sending rain wishes!
Beautiful photos, Tim. The rain shafts are a nice bonus, too. I hope you can get a little more rain to ease the drought there. Seems the clouds are mostly threats and no real rain.
Not much rain at our house. Thanks, Lavinia.
Thanks so much Tim! 👏💞
You’re welcome, Cindy.
🥰🥰🥰
As always wonderful photos Tim. Love the last one ..
Thanks, Julie.
You had me Pareidoliaising with the cloud shots Tim. The last one, was my favourite. thanks.
Good clouds for it. Thanks, Inchie.
Cheers, Tim.
Really gorgeous shots, Tim.
Did it actually rain, or was it another “Great Pretender”?
A little rain. But mostly pretended to rain. Thanks, Resa.
Good to see you are back out on the bike -hope the ribs are healing up nicely.
They are finally better. It’s been six weeks. Thanks, Brian.
