Another Conjunction

Venus and The Pleiades conjunction in the low right. The short streak at the top is a satellite.

Conjunctions happen! And this week, Venus and The Pleiades are getting up close and personal as they pass each other, as seen from our earthly perspective.

Venus and The Pleiades on the right. The Kiss Flying-V on the left.

Venus looked orb-like shining through the thin cloud cover, with The Pleiades managing to shine through the clouds as well.

Speaking of orbs, I was in the middle of a bast of phantasm plasma bursting out of the dark matter. Researchers who deal in paranormal activity believe that ghosts and spirits travel in plasmatic cylinders and orbs.

This is a series of the pink moon rising on April 6th when it was 100% full, but not the official “full moon” from the night before. The fifth photo shows Venus near the horizon under wild clouds.

  1. These sky and tree photos are amazing! Thank you for being our source of celestial news. Unfortunately we don’t catch every post in time for the ‘heads-up.’ Grateful to get photo updates of what we missed in that case. I use to see flashes of orbs so often every day for a while in life. Now it’s only occasionally.

    • Thanks, Dawn. You can go out and see the conjunction this week. The ghost and orb activity goes up and down out here.

  2. Thanks so much for the fabulous night sky shots. I missed the full moon rising (there is a house in the way!) I do enjoy seeing the stars and planets… thank you!

  3. Besides being NM, any reason for the visits by orbs and the cylinders? They don’t visit not unless they have a reason. I’ve watched enough paranormal shows to know the visits aren’t random. 🙂 👻👻👻👻 🙂

    • That is a good question. I believe our property is part of a paranormal route that may be a crossroads with on/off portals and wormholes. The ghosts come and go as if they are passing through, and they like to steal things from us when they drop by. The most recent theft was a ball head for a cinema light a month ago. I had two ball heads on the counter while I was setting up lights for a video. I went into the other room to get a power strip and when I came back one of the ball heads was missing. I looked all over and under everything in case the cats knocked it off, but I didn’t find it, and it has not shown up. I also have to be careful about dropping things outside because they fall into wormholes and disappear. That has happened to three pairs of glasses, chainsaw blades and various tools. I think Spunk fell into a wormhole during the three weeks he was gone in 2020. Thanks, Deborah.

      • There were pueblo people in our area, plus we are part of el camino real. Lots of cultural clashes from the past hanging around to haunt us.

  4. I enjoyed you beaut beautiful night sky photos, Tim. It rained all day and all night up here. Cylinders and orbs? One never knows who or what will visit from where, and why. 🙂

    • So much mystery in the world around us. Clear and warm here. The temps are venturing into the 80s today. Thanks, Lavinia.

  5. Your night shots are always surreal ~ the one with Venus peering through the thin cloud cover, is something special. If there is every a need for me to get truly lost, looking up at the night sky is the solution ~ you’ve shown this truth here.

    • Thanks, Randall. In those mountainous and rural areas you visit the night sky must be magnificent.

    • Hahaha! I know very little in reality. I can find a few things, name a few things, but otherwise, I’m pretty spaced out and lost in space. Thanks, Miriam.
