I’m happy they gave you a refreshing feeling. Thanks, Liz. BTW Brian commented on meetings and said he had to do team-building meetings with spaghetti and marshmallows.
Rain does make the grass grow. We don’t have a lawn. Lawns require too much water. This is the desert. When we are not in a drought, the average annual precipitation is 8 inches. A bluegrass lawn requires the equivalent of 40 inches of annual precipitation to keep it healthy. Needless to say, few lawns are healthy out here. Thanks, Brian.
I love the stormy sky and raindrop jeweled flowers. Hot, sunny and 95 degrees up here this afternoon.
Thanks, Lavinia. It’s cloudy, 80 degrees with a cool breeze. We have swapped weather.
Those wet roses are gorgeous! I felt refreshed just looking at them.

Spaghetti and marshmallows?! OK, he has me beat!
He said he had to do 16 hours of it.
If I’d had to endure 16 hours of that, I would have spontaneously combusted.
No kidding. I don think it was all at once, but still!
😀
Wow. That first pic is apocalyptically beautiful.
Ominous clouds. Thanks, Jeff.
Indeed. Most welcome, Tim.
Breathtaking beauty! 🌹

Lovely. I want your rain!
I’ve been saying that to other people for so long. Thanks, Cindy.
Every now and then the arrival of a good portion of precipitation can be a real virtue…
We need a much bigger portion. All rain is welcome. Thanks, Rudi.

You are setting the weather trend for us – we got 2.5 inches of rain over the weekend and my grass decided to celebrate by growing the same!
