Oh… I had adventures galore. From a barmaid falling at my feet with a tray of glasses to getting a free flapjack fro getting into an impromptu singalong with a barman, to name but a few, I am glad to come back to get away from them actually.
Lol… nah she tripped up a wee set of steps with a pile of plates and glasses. For some reason or other people always seem to have accidents in front of me.
Ha ha x That van that once careered off the other side of the Edinburgh to Perth dual carriageway, right across the path of the car I was in, flew down the embankment, hit a fence and careered back up again behind the car I was in, before overturning on the road, all in the days before mobile phones, must have been abso crazy for me….
I keep first aid kits in both cars. I also have carried a trauma kit in my car for 20 years without needing to use it. However, I accidentally cut myself working on Tristan’s house a few weeks ago, and the cut was deep. I probably should have gone to the emergency room and gotten stitches, but I didn’t have the time, so I got the trauma kit out of the car and used it to stop the bleeding and wrapped my hand up so I could finish my work on the house. It was a bloody mess, but I managed to clean up all the blood so it wouldn’t freak out the inspector who would be there the next day. I didn’t think it would look good if he wrote in his report that it looked as if someone had been murdered and apparently desposed of. I glued the wound back together when I got home, and it is all healed up now.
Now…. look at that, a fellah afer my own heart when it comes to home first aid repairs with what is available. I’d to do that with a finger here not so long ago. Having a giggle mind you re the murder bit… I could see forensics being brought in !
Wow
Thanks, Eterea.
Miss Mantis doing the happy dance!

Lovely pics….
Thanks, Shey. Nice to see you’re back. You’re either out on parole or didn’t get into too much trouble.

Made the barmaid swoon? Sounds like you were a hit!

They are captivated by your beauty and fall all over themselves.
If only….lol…
As Laurie’s little borther used to say, “But it’s the truth!”

You have had a lot of wild times, me thinks.
I will admit,…it is more than most people…
Another reason people fall at your feet.
I actually should carry aroond a first aid kit….

I’m sure there would have been coppers all over the place. Or maybe not, since they have so many real murders to deal with out here.
Well take no chances, get put in no positions.
Very cool praying mantis photo!
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Silver is glowing like the moon. I love it when the moon shows its Cheshire Cat aspect. Hugs.
Silver was all glowing. Thanks, Teagan.
The Mantis appears to be conducting an orchestra. Maybe just shadow boxing.
She was shadow boxing while conducting “Eye of the Tiger!” Thanks, Geoff.
I like Miss Mantis. 😍
She’s adorable. Thanks, Robbie.
I like these little creatures too.
Silver in the sunbeam. Do you remember the original Silver Surfer from Marvel Comics way back when?
I don’t remember the Sliver Surfer. I’ve never been into comic books. Thanks, Lavinia.
I loved the old Marvel and DC comics.
Wow, Silver is Silver…love it!
My wolf is a silver wolf.
The mantis is an alien.
