Thanks, Lavinia. The tree died recently, probably of old age exasperated by drought. I rarely walk north on that part of the ditch except occasionally in the summer when the trees have leaves. Now that I have to walk under the tree to visit the owls, its interesting shape stands.
That’s mostly waht clouds do out here. My rain gage show zero precipitation for the month of April. The clouds have offered lots of color. Thanks, Rebecca.
These images are so photogenic. Thanks Anita
Thanks, Anita.
I love how the clouds seem to be converging on the tree in the last photo.
That they are. Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Beautiful tryptic of images and Timku!
Thanks, Dale.

You are welcome, Marina.
Beautiful photos! Your skies are always so dramatic. Love them!
Thanks, Nancy.
The bookends of the day are always wildly beautiful, Tim. I love that unusual tree by the irrigation ditch, too.

It’s been to windy in the afternoons to visit the owls. Thanks, Cindy.
Oh got it.. maybe tomorrow💗
Great colors, contrast, and shapes.
Thanks, Brad.
I love serendipity, Tim. Just this morning, my quote for the day was by Rabindranath Tagore:
“Clouds come floating into my life, no longer to carry rain or usher storm, but to add color to my sunset sky.”

A beautiful array of nature’s colors!!! 💜💙💛
Thanks, Samantha.
Great photos, Tim! I could get some cool sunset photos if I could just cut down a few old telephone lines….
Those old lines do get in the way. But you can get sunset toeing the line. Thanks, Tiffany
Beautiful!
Thank you, Tim!
Took my tree! xo
Amazing images and poetry, Tim.
Thanks, Jeff.
You have the best dawns and sunsets .. magical skies
Thanks, Julie. They are enchanting.
Amazingly intricate trees – look like two Ents fighting over ownership of the path.. or maybe over who gets the photographer ha.
Could be. Thanks, Brian.
