Stormy Monday

We got a little rain

Marble making Loki wait in the cheese line.

Jake: “I pray, oh Lord, that the rain will stop long enough for these nails to take up my leash and lead me to Starbucks for a pupachino!”

Can’t go out a playin’ in the rainin’ so we gotta do a lot of layin’ on the bed and…

Our guard hummingbird is watching out for us despite the rain.

Beautiful flowers and content cats Tim. We’ve had lots of rain and storms here.
We got more storm than rain, but any rain we can get helps. Thanks, Brad.
You can have some of ours. Our creeks are flooding and everything is soggy!
We’ll take it. Thanks, Brad.
⛈
Nice photography! Beautiful flowers and I love Glenda the cat 👍🏻🌷🤝
Thanks, Srikanth.
How pretty. All of it. We ain’t had rain here for a while..That is a first.
A trickle of it fell over here. Thanks, Shey.
Now if I could send you some waht is forecast for Saturday….
I’ll take it.
You may get it early.
Interesting cloudscape with that slash of blue.
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
That was a fabulous post. Loved every photo. Gorgeous flowers and even more gorgeous cats.
Thanks, Gigi.
😊
Love those nails!!!WOW!
Thanks, Rebecca. Oriana does a great job on them.
Rain does make for pretty flower pictures! I’m totally fed up of the rain up here. Lawzy… it’s been miserable for over a week and is going to continue until Sunday!
The kitties aren’t too uncomfortable.
And those nails are something.
Cats have a way of finding a way to get comfortable most anywhere. I hope you dry out a little. Thanks, Dale.
That they do. “My” cat loves to lie down on a grocery bag. So cushy. Not!
Still fricken raining!
Yay to rain and yay to Jake getting his favorite nails taking him for a pupachino [I hope] and yay for a wonderful day at kitty paradise and flower paradise, in short, Timlandia.
It did let up long enough to go for a pupachino. It started pouring again right after they got back. His prayer was answered. Thanks, Marina.
Gorgeous photos!! Awww, a pupachino – how fun! 💕 Stunning nails!
Thanks, Samantha.
I want to know, do you get any sleep at night, with all your cat family on the bed… 🙂 I know how much room Biscuit takes on our bed haha…
Loved that sky and variegated rose ❤
I get sleep. The cats simply pile on top of me like a weighted blanket. Although they get me up at 5 every morning to feed them. Thanks, Sue.
Yes, I can be up in the night, most nights, to either let out, or let in.. 🙂 haha…
You need a cat door so kitty can let herself in and out.
What a wonderful post..It has everything I Love and more. the flowers are gorgeous, the cats delectable and getting in a cheese line always fantastic. AND WE HAVE ALSO HAVE A LITTLE RAIN – THE FIRST IN AGES….:)XX
Nice you got some rain too. Thanks, Janet.
It’s raining here in Pennsylvania. That’s good. So I can get work done inside.
It’s been clear the rest of the week. Thanks, Nancy.
I can imagine when it is wet out the kitties are bouncing off the walls. That first flower is absolutely gorgeous – a bit of a zebra, is it white with red highlights or red with white highlights…or green with white and red highlights…intrigued people wanna know ha.
Good question. I think the base is red. Thanks, Brian.
I would Tim, but he is a great mouse hunter in our allotments, some nights 3 at our door.
And I’ve already had a live one in the house when I didn’t spot him carrying it.
So goodness knows what he’d bring me as presents lol if he had an open door.
We have a little grave yard full of what must be into the hundreds over the span of 5 yrs .
Believe me, Tim. Otherwise, the cat flap would have already been installed 😊🐱😻
Our cats carry in a lot of little live critters that I have to chase down, catch, and put outside. Mice are among those little critters. I tell the kitties they are supposed to take the critters outside, but they don’t get it.
That’s exactly why no cat flap Tim, haha.. I’m did enough chasing that one little mouse.. took me two hours xx 😆🐱🐁
Glad to see your area getting some good rain, Tim. A good day for kitties to sleep it off.
That candy cane rose is exceptional.
OMG, you got rain! The roses look like they’re loving it.
Kitties look so sweet when they sleep together. Velma and Daphne rarely do that. Have a fabulous feline Friday. I’ll be back again. Hugs.
Amazing, isn’t it? Our kitties generally like to sleep together. Thanks, Teagan.
Every cat I’ve ever had always slept with me — except these two. I guess I can’t take it personally since they don’t sleep with each other either. They *almost* do — on the loveseat under the living room window. But they each get as far to the opposite sofa-arm as possible. Go figure. 🙂
Even though G&G were raised by hand, and we handled and played with them a lot as they grew up, they are scaredy-cats. I’ll walk into the bedroom, and Gwendolyn will give me her round-eyed devil look and scurry out of the room. Then she will jump up on the table in the kitchen and demand I pet her. Glenda presents herself for attention. I can pet, scratch, and play with her, but I don’t dare pick her up. I really take my life in my hands if I try to pick up Gwendolyn.
Whereas, Marble will demand to be picked up and will keep pestering me until I pick her up and hold her.
Sasha will demand attention at one moment and be all snuggly, then she’ll be growling, hissing, and trying to get away the next moment.
Spunk is a psycho kitty. He wants attention one moment, then he starts hissing, scratching, and biting me a moment later.
Silver and Loki love to lie on my lap and knead on me.
I’m working backwards here. So, I guess that’s the rain I was asking about.
Still chuckling about the cats on the bed shot.
At least Misha comes to the bed. She doesn’t stay, yet. A few pets and scratches and she’s off!
The flowers look extra beautiful this year. Am I right?
The flowers are happy. That’s progress as Misha comes to the bed. That’s what Gwendoly does for the most of the time. She still scurries off when I walk into the bedroom. Thanks, Resa.
Pussy cats!!!! 😻😻😻
Gorgeous blooms and kitties!
