Nice. Neither do I. Although, I almost got a pair for the Frumpy Man.
🙂
There’s no flip flop emojis. What the heck?
There is something wrong with that. Can you comes up
with one?
No me. They have a soccer ball but not a soccer player emoji. That’s just wrong.
I agree 😊
A local coffee roaster has various flavors of coffee that I make for Laurie every morning, and I text her the flavor with an emoji. They made a special flavor for our local professional soccer team called “Somos Unidos”. I wanted a soccer player emoji for the soccer team flavor and they didn’t have it. I have to use the soccer ball emoji which is okay, but it’s not as good as a soccer player would be. It’s nice when life is good enough I can complain about lack of emojis.
“A local coffee roaster has various flavors of coffee that I make for Laurie every morning, and I text her the flavor with an emoji.’ That’s so sweet Timothy.
‘It’s nice when life is good enough I can complain about lack of emojis.” It’s nice indeed. Let’s make sure it stays like this every day.
Maya and Mr. Churchill are here. They are sending purrs and treats. We are having a discussion about emojis 🙂
At least there are a lot of kitty emojis. 😺😸😹😻😼😽🙀😿😾
🐱 🐈⬛ 🐈
I always wonder at errant flip-flops or shoes. Did the person not realise they are now barefoot on one foot? Did someone drive by and throw one out of the window to piss off their sibling? What is the story?
As for the rest of the pictures. Always a treat!
Okay, I adore each and every one nut ao do have a soft spot for those ribbons of clouds. They make me run out and chase after them!
On a side note, someone’s going to be hopping about! (Re: first photo) 🤣😉
Thanks, Marina. The wall of clouds finally made it to us. Marble came in from the catio all wet from the rain and insisted on snuggling. Wet cats are annoying to snuggle with. Single shoes are always a mystery.
Which says something about the people creating algorithms I suppose!
Most of the birds seem to be paying attention to the speaker off to the right. A couple are thinking about the evening’s festivities, however, and not last year’s sales figures. Conventions can be boring….
Amazing photographs. I can’t believe your skies are real, they are so incredible and those birds are just gorgeous. As for the flip flop, I think they eventually go where missing socks end up.
So far, the new one is just fine. The local provider over in Tularosa only had an answering machine… Nearly five hours later they still hadn’t called me back. I hate to think what their service policies might be.
I found what turned out to be a middle man operation in town. They wanted my social for no good reason. However, they mentioned that they would be using Century Link. So (via phone) I started looking online for a direct way to CenturyLink, and found it.
If I ever need a tech, it will probably go through that middleman. But at least I know there is someone local for that part.
I had no trouble at all with the self-install. Which is better than I can say for the technicians who came from TDS when they installed theirs.
Anyhow, relax and enjoy your evening.
Sounds like CL, now Lumen, as it together in your neck of the woods. I dropped CL at home years ago, and I just dropped the last CL account we had, a toll free number, at the office. Interestingly enough, we have CL fiber in the new building. There is CL equipment, a hub that we believe goes to the other buildings on the campus, but I can’t get service on the fiber from CL.
CL business swears there was no CL fiber in the building. After going through five CL reps and being very pesky, the last tech I spoke with found an obscure group in CL that he had never heard of, but he said it looked like they were the group I needed to talk to.
He transferred me to the group, and the tech that answered looked up our address and said yes we have CL fiber there; however, his group could not provide us with service, we had to go through CL business. Since CL business refuses to acknowledge there is fiber in the building, they can’t provide us service. It’s insane. We currently have high-speed wireless that is giving us 70 to 90 MB/s up and down. The group that bought CL level 3 fiber wants to run new fiber to the building.
The photos are all beautiful and well composed, but I especially I love the storm building over the Sandias! I still marvel at the daily views you and Laurie have there.
The last three pictures are something else. They are all magnificent but those are so beautiful. I love all the birds, so lovely is their colors. Just amazing as ever. Big hugs to you Tim – Love Joni
Beautiful.
Thanks, Gabriela. Do you wear flip flops?
No 🙂

The abundance of single pieces of footwear that on can find about is very puzzling. You do have to wonder. Thanks, Dale.
Seriously!!
😊
Clever. And stunning.
Thanks, Cindy.
I like the picture of the rain, falling out of the sky as well as the one from the Sandias.
Enjoy the weekend Timothy 🙂
Thanks, Rudi.
Single shoes always bear something like drama and tragedy to me, more than gloves do.
There seems to be something sinister to there unknown stories. Thanks, Heidi.
Oh wow, lavish colors. And I love the birds.
Thanks, Shey. The doves were so well posed and arranged.
They are. It is a lovely capture.

I bet they are, especially when one half becomes furry huh?!!!
Damnautocorrect!!!! Nut: but – ao(!): I
Should be called: automisspell!
Absolutely.
🤣😉
I figured as much. Autocorrects are often more “nuts” than helpful.

I think the two not paying attention have ADHD (alert doves however distracted). Thanks, Maj & Sher.
😂😂👍
The wall of rain is so effective, Timothy. That poor lone shoe looks sad and forlorn.
I think all lone shoes look sad. Thanks, Roberta.
I love the waterway through the cotton, Tim. A zen moment for me.
Thanks, Rebecca. Trails through the cotton by beaver, muskrats and ducks.
Amazing photographs. I can’t believe your skies are real, they are so incredible and those birds are just gorgeous. As for the flip flop, I think they eventually go where missing socks end up.
Missing socks are such a puzzle, but so are single shoes. Our skies can be outrageous. Thanks, Gigi.
Wow, Tim. The wall of rain photo is amazing. Well done. Stay safe. Hugs on the wing.
Thanks, Teagan. You too. Happy to hear you can your Internet sorted out.

Thanks, Lavinia. We do have lots of nice views.
those storm pics are surreal and the birds are amazing too.. was the one flip flop a sign that you are in search of your magic other Timothy.? 💖👏👏👏👏
Not me. I don’t wear flip flops. Someone else for sure. Thanks, Cindy.
Oh It was just in fun.. but what do you wear at the beach? most welcome💖
I wear running shoes on what we call “the beach” along the river.
oh that makes sense👏👏👏
PS: Your concept of “feral flipflop” is brilliant.
Thanks. Laurie thought so also.
Great photos!
Thanks, Flo.
Ferrel or a bold escape from a dark closet – one will never know.
Old Ferrel the Flip Flip was lost. I have not checked to see if he was found. Thanks, Brian.
Another concern … feral flip-flops. I suppose a TNR program will need to be created.
I noticed old Ferrel Flip Flop is in the same place tonight. He’s obviously stuck and at a loss over his lost mate. Thanks, David.
Gorgeous pictures. Looks like a painting but it’s just real life!
Thanks, Linda.
Laughed when I read the comment about missing socks! Love those clouds Tim …
Thanks, Julie. Missing socks are such a mystery.
The last three pictures are something else. They are all magnificent but those are so beautiful. I love all the birds, so lovely is their colors. Just amazing as ever. Big hugs to you Tim – Love Joni
Thanks, Joni.
Hahaha! It’s been awhile since one of your high humour pics found its way here!
All wonderful shots! Love!!!!
Now that I’m out of downtown I don’t have the canvas of derelict things I had downtown. Thanks, Resa.
Understood! Still, feral flip flop is a good one.
It’s a gem.
