No. Fireworks have been banned in Corrales for years, and it’s way to dry to break the rules. We’ll watch Albuquerque’s firework show from the river bank.
The magnificent photo of yellow roses somewhat resembles one of those amazing paintings that look like a photo, due to the depth captured and subtle haziness of the distant blooms not focused upon.
These are beautiful!
Thanks, Susan.
Beautiful flower shots and, of course, skies!
Thanks, Dale.
Beautiful gallery of pictures 🤗
Thanks, Gabriela. Happy 4th!
My pleasure. Happy 4th to you too.
Do you do fireworks?
Generally yes. Not this year. Do you?
No. Fireworks have been banned in Corrales for years, and it’s way to dry to break the rules. We’ll watch Albuquerque’s firework show from the river bank.
That sounds great. Enjoy 😊
Lovely captures!
Thanks, Cindy.

A wonderful post to end my day. Your flowers are nuanced by mystery and elegance. It feels like every bloom has a story to tell.
The blooms see all the drama that goes on around them each day. I would think they have lots of stories to tell. Thanks, Rebecca.
Nice one
Thanks, Tiny.
Lovely collection of flowers Timothy 🙂
Thanks, Rudi.
…all of which create a unique paradise! I love how the painter decided to throw those rainbow brushstrokes!
The painter was feeling a little frisky. Thanks, Marina.

A lovely set of photos, capped by the last one with a rainbow and visible virga.
Thanks, Lavinia.
I’m lost for words to describe these, Tim! Grreat!
As long as you not lost for good, losing a few words is fine. Thanks, Inchcock.
You have some amazing beautiful flowers!
Is that Gi’s tree, left side third shot, or Tiffany’s tree?
What direction are you shooting?
OMG!!! They are beginning to do our sidewalk!
Hi Resa. That’s Gi’s tree in the thrid photo. Both your tree and her tree and in the second photo, and the top of your tree is in the first photo.
Yay!!! Gi’s tree is becoming more distinct to me!
It’s really a classic cottonwood. So is Shey’s tree.
Aha! Does Shey’s tree have the v shape trunks at the bottom?
Yes. do photos of it every time I’m walk by it. I just haven posted any. I send you a couple of recent Shey tree shots.
Cool!!! I’m working on a sketch of Shey, currently.
I might to draw Frida Kahlo.
Wow amazing shots, I love the photos of the gorgeous flowers and the sunset with the rainbow is amazing, beautiful work. xoxoxox Joni
