I walked out to beaver point just before sundown. Clouds in the western sky were bursting out of a hole where the sun peeked through.

Iām glad you were able to photograph this sky. I was out running errands and saw it…Your images are as beautiful as the sky was. š
Thanks, Susan. I was happy to get out and get it. The batteries ran out in one of my cameras, but I got it with the other.
Wild and beautiful, Tim! These images are Nature’s eye-candy, courtesy of your lens!
Thanks, Lavinia. The cranes and geese were pretty wild tonight, also. I think they are starting to think about heading back north.
Wow Tim, these photos are so beautiful! š
Thanks, John. I’m happy you like our skies.
Where’s Beaver Point? That sounds like a Canadian place name.
Hi Imdale (is that correct on the name?). Beaver point is a spot on the west bank of the Rio Grande close to where we live in Corrales, NM. We stand at that point and look and the river and the mountains. The are often two or three, often more, beavers in the river or foraging on the opposite bank. We started calling it Beaver Point because we often see beaver at that spot. If you go to my blog page and search beaver you can see many photos of beaver at Beaver Point.
Thanks so much.
That’s quite a sky! Just gorgeous!
Thanks, Leah.
Beautiful images of a spectacular evening sky.

Buona giornata Timothy š

So sorry I missed that post. OMG…I love the Juniper in the bosque. Itās full and strong, and has a great background of tree branches, sky & color. Thank you so much. Iām going back for another look now. And Iāll try to make a comment if WP will let me. šš¶ Christine
The Juniper is a good tree, but I can’t get good sunset views from where it is.
Thanks, Tim. Itās still a good tree, as I said framed by tree branches & sky. Made a comment on the post. Iām happy I got it. Thank you so much. I have wonderful pictures in my mind where it is. šš¶ Christine
