And, since he makes a rare appearance, I did not realise who he was. So we are all in the clear, right?
Lane and Suzette belong to Tycho, so we only see him when they bring him to Laurie’s parents’ or on the very rare occasion we go to Tycho’s house.
Ohhhhhhhhh ! That explains it! I was thinking, did they get a new cat? Now it’s all clear!

Will do..right now the main issue is keeping the sand burst out of their fur..absolutely everywhere we go and they get cranky when we have to remove them.
Sand burs are nasty. We call the cockleburs. I think they had to be in inspiration for Velcro.

A quiet day here, no guests. Rick made dinner, and I am making soup stock from the bones today. The weather was nice for a while during the day, up around 63 degrees, and I picked some tomatoes from under the little makeshift greenhouse dome. It works well, they have survived a few freezes though it has not gone below 30 degrees here, maybe 29. They are still flowering, though the plants have slowed down quite a bit. At some point Mother Nature will lower the boom, but we’ll see how long they make it.
You have good makeshift greenhouses.
Good heavy-duty plastic sheeting and the winter has been relatively mild so far.
Every time a cat blinks, another one appears!😁 They’re so cute.
