Dawn

Jake

Sunset

Dusk
My life is quickly being reduced to some old dawns, dusks, sunrises, sunsets, cottonwoods, pets, Rio Grande, bosque, Sandias, moon and pets with an occasional stinkbug, bird, bee, flower, and different trees thrown in. Below is a recent song I wrote about things being “The Same.”
Perhaps variety is the spice for
an off center Timothy Price❓️🤔🕶
Variety for me would being more on center. Thanks, David.
Well, if it ain’t broke…as they say…
But when you’re old and breaking down, ruts seem to get deeper and harder to get out of. Thanks, Shey.
Oh they do…. You are so right there.
There’s nothing wrong with everything being “The Same”. I actually prefer it, it makes me feel good and gives me peace of mind. Long live the daily routine!
I understand and respect that. A daily routine is good. Stuck in a rut, I’m not so sure. Thanks, Herman.
Well, I sometimes change the coffee and chocolate favours… 😎
Adventurous, I never change my coffee flavor, but Laurie is cycling through five different flavors of coffee right now.
Nothing is ‘The Same” and all is a wonder [song included].
There are always subtle differences, but the rut keeps geeting deeper. Thanks, Marina.
Delightful Dawn, dog, dusk, and day! 😊
Thanks, Brad.
I’ll have to try the song later from my computer.
I admit your new YouTube video for Charlie Kirk took me by surprise. Hugs
Thanks, Teagan. No matter how one felt about Charlie, he didn’t deserve to be murdered.
Of course that is true. I don’t condone political violence. I don’t pay tribute to them either. Even so, good to be nonviolent.
Charlie’s message of love and peace has carried beyond his death. People gathered in the thousands and millions around the world to pay tribute to Charlie without rioting, burning buildings, or murdering people gathered to pay tribute. When his detractors mocked him, defaced, and destroyed memorials, few resorted to violence to stop the detractors. As George Carlin once said about assassinations, “The people who preached love and peace are the people who were assassinated!”
I feel like I’m watching the season change in New Mexico through your website.
That is true. The season is changing. Thanks, DR.
Tim, couldn’t open video??
It’s not a video. It’s an audio link to SoundCloud. It could be a connection issue. It should play in your browser.
The same natural beauty can be very soothing 💜
True! Thanks, Robbie.
I really like the song. I think we all feel that way sometimes, especially after the kids are up and out of the house. One of the reasons, I suppose, that I enjoy the little surprises that nature (and life) sometimes throws your way.
For sure. Thanks, Rebecca.
Beautiful images and of course lovely Jake….I aways enjoy your music…xx
Thanks, Janet.
I love the song! The Latin beat is perfect for it. Jake is looking rather pensive today. The colors in the sunset are stunning.
Thanks, Liz. I’m happy you liked the song.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Great song, Tim! Almost caught up here. Hope all is well. You seem to find plenty of things to throw in those photos along with your music.
Thanks, Lavinia. I’m happy you liked the song.
I can’t get that to play. Maybe because I don’t have SoundCloud, or possibly as I attempt to sit outside & figure out the problem, the mosquitos are being a***holes & consuming concentration, I can’t tell. Did Jake spend time in the wild, he has interesting eyes?
You probably don’t have a good connection. It should play in your browser. Jake was found, abandoned as a puppy. Thanks, Dawn.
Actually, you have a point, nearly all day today, I’ve had to step outside for reception, yet I was far from the wifi as I read your posts… on my end, I’m sure.
Poor Jake. He’s tough and sweet
Jake is adorable and very popular. Especially with the young women.
The song was a bit of fun Tim!
I must say, your same is pretty wonderful. xx
Thanks, Resa.
Young you say?😁
Thanks, Dawn.
Wow, this song is AWESOME! And it makes me strive for consistency, complicity, simplicity, and aging life’s duplicity 🙃. Really fantastic. Vocal, guitar, but mostly the melody. Love it.
Thanks for the wonderful comment, Randall. As we age we seem to fall into all those “icities!” I’m happy you enjoyed the song.
Great song and photos!
Thanks, Dawn. I’m happy you liked the song.
Love the song Tim!!! So good! 😊The vocals and instrumentals are awesome!!!! So up lifting.
Thanks, Cindy. I’m happy you liked the song.
You’re so welcome, it was great!! 😊
