Under crystal clear, blue skies I made a very interesting discovery.
Fuzzette, Fuzzy, and Nora Owl
Fuzzy has a big sister, Fuzzette, who Nora Owl finally allowed to come out into the world so we can admire her beauty and cuteness.
Ducks in a row.
Osric Owl napping in his outpost about 200 feet from Fuzzette, Fuzzy, and Nora Owl.
Marina’s Incognito Pear Tree looking rather pear-shaped.
Nora Owl napping with her ear tufts blowing in the wind.
And you thought Unicorns were equestrians!
Fuzzette is rather intense.
Tulip tortured by the heat and sun.
Fuzzy wide-eyed and presumably bushy tailed.
Fuzzette has expressive eyes.
Tulip with a slight blush of pink.
Osric Owl doing ear tuft semaphore.
A sunny bunny.
¡Adios muchachos, muchachas!

These are all one more amazing than another. Fantastic shots… Wow.
Thanks, Dale. The owls had a nice surprise for me.
Fuzzy and Fuzzette are lovely! The all owl family is lovely. I’m so happy to see them, they’re so cute. Their parents can be proud, they have beautiful babies! And your photos… wow!
Thanks, Flo. Soon we will see haw many owlets are next door.
Oh my gosh! Adorable and excellent captures.
Thanks, Cindy. There had been no sign of a second owlet and then boom, Fuzzette presents herself.
I am so glad that you introduced Fuzzette, who is definitely cute and beautiful. I LOVED Bucky Bullfrog – he looks like Rodin’s Thinker. Marina must be very very pleased about her Incognito Pear Tree. Life on your side of the world always has wonderful surprises in store for us.
Marina’s pear tree is backed up by your beautiful black bamboo, which is a paler shade of green. Bullfrogs are not very expressive and tend to have that Thinker look on their faces. Laurie was commenting that bullfrogs always have the same expression. I was so pleasantly surprised by Fuzzette. She is adorable.
I am so glad that I have my beautiful black bamboo tree! Thank you Tim!
Your black bamboo is a large stand with a labyrinth cut in it. You can’t get much cooler than that. Both literally and figuratively. It is about 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the middle of your bamboo stand in the heat of summer.
Those are all beautiful portraits of your bosque residents, Tim. The owlets are adorable. There is a lot of fuzziness going on!
There certainly is. Thanks, Lavinia.
The clarity is amazing . Wonderful nature shots.
Aww… what a lovely surprise and Fuzzette sure looks beautiful! Maybe the reason why her parents kept her hidden! So wonderful to be greeted by such great neighbors! Of course my pear tree is pear shaped! What else?!!! 🤣😂 Great shots, my friend!
The owls are super cute. Next year when I prune your tree, it will look more like a lollipop than a pear.
I can’t wait to see that! 🍭
That’s great news !! Two new born owl 🙂
Thanks for these wonderful shots (not only from the owls).
Have a nice day Timothy.
Amazing series. The owls are really cute.
Comedy AND cuteness
What a beautiful post. And the news that made my day: Fuzzette! WOW, there is baby girl too. I am really happy. Thank you so much for sharing. Love to everyone.
Thanks, Gabriela. I thought you might like to meet Fuzzette sooner than later. She is so adorable. Have a great Sunday.
She is. I can’t wait to see more pictures. You too 🙂
Fuzzy and Fuzzette are beautiful, real foto models !
Fantastic photos, Tim! All the fuzzy’s are adorable!😍
Thanks, Tiffany. They certainly are.
How do you know if it’s a boy or girl Fuzz?
They are so adorable, it’s hard to believe they will become mighty hunters.
It’s crazy how camouflaged they are. Great shots Tim!
I have no idea what the real gender of the owlets are. I assume the bigger ones are female. Look at the size of her feet and talons and it’s easy to imagine Fuzzette will be a mighty hunter. They look like the are made for the cottonwoods. Thanks, Resa.
Always amazed at how quick they grow!
They do grow up quickly. Thanks, Brian.
Haha… what a fun post! I love fuzzy and fuzzette. 🙂
The fuzzies are phenomenal ‘captures.’ The details are exquisite, and that camo is working hard to thwart you. 🙂
Thanks, Mary Jo. They are so cute. They do camo well.
How fortunate you are to live amongst such wonderful creatures. Stunning photos Tim.
Great owls ya got there!
They are adorable. Thanks, Teri.
Wow just loving those owls and youngsters! Hey fuzzette ..🙂
Thanks, Julie. The owlets are so cute.
Wow Tim….these pics are gorgeous…..
It’s always nice to see your clicks….
Just when I think it cant get better…..you come back with great stuff….
I love these clicks….I don’t think it’s safe to say best work according to my untrained eyes…..cos I know you’ll have more soon…as always.
Thanks, Ruelha. I’m happy you liked the owls and the photos.
