    • There’s a pair of running shoes hanging on the wire in the alley on the side of the office. Thanks, Maj & Sher.

  1. Hi Tim, thanks for a most need laugh! I see this sort of thing and wonder how this happens. I need both of my shoes all the time, not just one. Great photo Tim, I spent a lot of time thinking about it. Laughing at myself now. Wishing you, Laurie, Spunk, all the other kitties and pets a good evening!

    • You are most welcome, Mia. I am so happy you got a good laugh out of it. I’m the same way wondering about all the single shoes I come across downtown. I need both shoes, always.

Spunk is settling back in. He’s killing his tails again. It was so sad to see his tails lying in his toybox waiting to be killed. We really missed hearing him announce the kills is his trilled, mornful yeols. He is curled up in one of his favorite spots on the mulpitule wires for the various electronics snoring away.

  2. Well… I may have seen the owner to this shoe.
The other day on the side of a highway here in AZ… I saw a guy walking… he had one shoe on and one foot barefoot? I looked at sweet man and said … β€œ?”

  3. It looks like it’s crying out for its foot!
I’m eternally amazed by that 1 lost sole, no matter how many are lost.
Hanging from an electric wire, middle of train tracks, some are stilettos, some sneakers, on the step to my door, middle of the road, on top of a parked car or on the bus, I wonder what it’s all about? There’s just too, many lost soles to ignore their unreality.
