      • Dear Tim,
        Thank you for asking.
I had to go through 100 spam, and I found it!
Most unusual with Gmail. I’ll have to see what else is in there! There’s never been so much in it.
I have an ancient Yahoo account. Its spam filter is crazy. I have to check it daily. It chucks everyone in there!
I’m just about to hop in the shower, and hit the hay.
I’ll write you tomorrow. Hang in there!
        XOXOXO

    • She didn’t want to get off me. We rescued another mantis from the cats later that evening, and she didn’t want to get off me either. I must be a mantis magnet! Thanks, Marina.

    • Marble is more snuggly, but Miss Mantis did not want to get off me. As I told Marina, I’m a mantis magnet. Thanks, Teagan.

  1. That is a beautiful mantis, Tim! Occasionally I find the egg cases of them around here.

That is a beautiful catch of the “pinking of the clouds”, and it is always a pleasure to see Jake and the cats.
