I noticed the morning glories were blooming this evening. I think they got confused because it’s been cloudy, cold, and dark all day. The temperature stayed in the 40s F, that’s single-digits in C. The sunflowers stood in for the sun on this dark and dreary day.

Mother Nature as a way of putting the Devil to shame with her destructive energy. High winds did in our canopy cover, while the air quality index went beyond Biblical proportions, up to a very hazardous 867. It was 699 when I left the office, and I’m sure it was 666 and some point today. You might have guessed that his weekend I will be putting a new cover on the canopy.

I washed our 16-inch cast-iron skillet and set it on the stove to dry it off before I oiled it. The water made trees and a face. When I started drying it, I noticed there was still a little food stuck to the skillet, so I washed it again. The second time I set in on the stove it only made trees.
