Ein “Rabbit” ist in der Nähe

Ein “rabbit” ist in der Nähe
Taking space between the clouds
Accompanied by Wassat
Hanging below Jupiter
Pullox and Castor shine above
Bunny and beaver in the sky

Jake got caught in the skeeter net again.

A dreary dusk

    • It is rooish, but being in the northern hemisphere, I’m aticking with a bunny. 🐰 Thanks, Lavinia.

    • Luckily, it wasn’t like The Rabbit of Caerbannog in “Monty Python and the Holy Grail!” Thanks, Cheyenne.

    • That skeeter net is a menace. I get tangled up in it all too often, as well. “So, why do you have a skeeter net up in the dead of winter?” you might ask. Because we use it to keep Belafonte inside more than to keep skeeters outside. Thanks, Brian.

    • If it’s the Rabbit-Roo of Caerbannog, the cranes should be worried. But then again, a ditch bank buddy told me he saw a crane go after a coyote that was stalking it, and the coyote backed down. Thanks, Shey.

  1. LOL!!!

I’m actually laughing out loud. JAKE! Lolololol!

I thought the kitties were a chuckle, but Jake stole the punchline. xx

    • We are blessed to have the cranes hanging out so close to us. We watch them fly into the river every night and enjoy their antics and noisy cackles. Thanks, Randall.

  2. Scott just said, that dog has got to feel a little left out with all those furry babies running around. That third photograph is just so stunning. The snow capped mountains, the clouds and and the sun bursting forth is just amazingly brilliant and all those birds, I am a big fan of cranes. I loved the video of the cats that is hilarious. Scott and I were laughing, of course it reminded us of our two long past furry children. Thank you for sharing so much in all your posts.

    • The kitties try to get Jake to pay attention to them, and he generally ignores them. He has been sniffing and drooling on Marble when she rubs on him the last few days. But Jake is more about ignoring the cats than feeling left out because of them.
