Cool downpour! I’ve seen rain do that, but never snow.
Once, about 40 years ago, I was standing on my balcony and heard an unfamiliar sound. I looked toward the source and it was a literal wall of rain approaching. Only time in my life that I’ve seen/heard that!
My left eye don’t see as well as my right. Even colours are muted. So whenever I take a picture, I crank up the saturation, vibrancy and contrast. In my mind, that’s how everyone else sees.
.
So my question to you is … that first picture .. dawn with the Mr. Miyagi trees below the clouds .. is that real? Does your world look that intense?
Yes, it is. Our skies are very intense. My left eye doesn’t see as well because of a macular wrinkle. Since you see muted colors, do you have cataracts?
Before the turn of the century, I tried these ‘hard contact lenses’ but they were terribly irritating. It’s been long enough that I could probably get soft ones, but at this point I’m so used to my glasses, I’d be pushing them up my nose even if I didn’t have them on!
Gorgeous skies again!
Thanks, Brad.

Weather patterns are fascinating. Thanks, Leenda.
A beautiful dawn and a veil of snow!. Good catch, Tim! Always glad to see the kitties, too. That is a unique incense burner.
We had a break for a while in early evening to catch the moon and first bright stars and planets. Fog rolling in now.
The clouds were breaking up after sunset. The moon is bright. Thanks, Lavinia.
Always a good question…”Who will feed you?”
Spunk is always wanting to be fed. Thanks, Gigi.
Great shots of Sasha as a Sphynx, and Spunk and you comment and link to Dirty Harry, brought a smile to me face. Thanks.
Thanks, Inchy.
Welcomski!
A lovely pic of the smoker, wrapped in its dancing smoke.
That smoker really smokes. Thanks, Heidi.
Pretty though,
Thanks, Shey.
Skies and Kitties, can’t get much better then that.
Thanks, Nancy.
A Dirty Harry conversation of a cat, that’s one fine way to start a Monday morning…
Thanks, Herman. Spunk thinks I’m punk and he’s Dirty Harry for sure.
Haha….. Love the attitude of Spunk…. 🙂
And that looks an intense snow downpour too 🙂 xx
Thanks, Sue.
Yep, the fooooood, Spunky boy! 😉 Be nice!
Smoke and cloud wonder for a Monday morning fix!
Amazing how quickly they forget who feeds them. Thanks, Marina.
The skies and Spunk are gorgeous. I love the snow downpour…..
Thanks, Janet.
Haha, a great post

No, I caught an ‘astigmatism’ when I was in grade 1. Been with me ever since.
.
And the colour difference left to right is minor… but it;s there.
Astigmatised,Astigmatised, eh? I am too. Because of my astigmatism, I could not wear contacts. I’ve worn glasses since I was a teenager.

Oh Spunk! Don’t be so hard on the paparazzo.
I love the smoking shot. Very moody.
That smoker smokes like crazy. Tristan sent us smokers from Germany. Thanks, Dale.
And gives you an opportunity to create great shots!
For sure.
Spunk is so full of expression!
I love the exchange between Spunk and il paparazzo.
Spunk is brutal. Thanks, Liz.
I’m seeing that!
A brilliant conversation. It’s good to feel lucky!! LOL!
Spunk doesn’t hold back. Thanks, Rebecca.
hahahaha.. all good things happen in Sphynx pose! 👏
Very true. Thanks, Cindy.
Pleasure, Tim!! ❣️
Cat Eastwood! “You got to ask yourself, do you feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?!”
Your cat is a little bit of a rascal!
I keep the 44 mag locked up in the safe. Gotta be safe with Spunky Harry around. Thanks, Becky.
😂
It seems like Spunkie-Poo 💋 has been watching Dirty Harry movies.
Wonderful.
Thanks for the pics, Tim! xx
Spunk loves Dirty Harry because he’s a rogue and a rebel like Dirty Spunky. Thanks, Resa.
Well…. there is a Poo 💋 component to his name.
In any battle, it is he who controls the food supply lines that wins the war.
Spunky was a little slow to figure that out. Surprising for such a smart cat. Thanks, Brian.
I know Spunk doesn’t mean it!
So you say. Thanks, Julie.
