Here’s an example of the speed difference. To render a 3-minute video on my old 2012 MacBook Pro with a fast processor and max RAM took an hour. The same video on my now 2-year-old MacBook Pro M1 Max takes a minute and a half to render.

I LOVE sunflowers, Tim. They are pure happiness. To me, they are the smiles of the earth, always turning toward the light, reminding me to seek joy and warmth in every moment.

That’s what I hope for. The new Mac is fully loaded. The old Mac had seen its day. It was slowly dying. 😞
