The cats may not be impressed, but I am impressed with your Pterodactyl rain-ku. Also, there is definitely a “Pterodactyl Rain” of Prince’s “Purple Rain” that is begging to be written. I can’t sing Prince, but this parody definitely wants to be written with a music video of pterodactyls
Laurie helped with it when she asked how to spell pterodactyl. One of her third-grade students spelled it with an “o”, and Laurie thought it might be an “a” like pteradacyl.
I wouldn’t want those two
biting at my heels 🖤😱🖤
Scary all the way around. Thanks, David.
I find that cats are rarely impressed. Sigh. Sky looks amazing.
The nature of cats. Thanks, Gigi.
I love that about them.
Cool clouds, especially in the second image.
Thanks, Brad.
Maybe not impressed, but they are cute!
That they are. Thanks Michele.
hahaha. no doom and gloom can get to these two as long as they’re huddled together and inside💓.
But the cats like to go out in the rain. Thanks, Cindy.
oh oh, well, you have a catio right?
We do have a catio.
Oh good, at least they are safe there👏
That is a wild and beautiful storm you captured. The cats are beautiful as always.
Thanks, Lavinia.
Dramatic images….and beautiful cats:)
Thanks, Janet.
Wow! The skies are scary! Cool pictures of them.
The kitties are not scary. What cuties.
Thanks, Nancy.
But they are bonnie.
Thanks, Shey.
The cats look like they are plotting revenge for not giving them enough cheese!
They are cute!
Loki maybe. Gwendolyn doesn’t eat cheese. Thanks, Becky.
What a spooky looking storm!! I look forward to when we finally get storm season here, later on! Cute kitties! 💗
Thanks, Samantha.

I did a parody of Purple Rain called Purple Stain. It ended up being about mental health. The video is kind of disturbing. Thanks, JYP.
What is Pterodactyl rain?
Oh, my tree looked great, albeit immersed in greenery, in a couple of the posts.
Thanks Tim!
It is just a name to go with the poem about prehistoric-looking rain clouds. Thanks, Resa.
Okay! You came up with a fab name for those clouds. I love it!

Cool!
I certainly couldn’t pass on a post entitled Pterodactyl rain. A great poem to accompany the picture.
It’s a nice hook. Thanks, Roberta.
Beautiful kitties … and stunning skies
Thanks, Julie.
Stunning and I love it when you add some poetic lines Tim, just a gorgeous photo of the two cats at the end.
Thanks, Joni.
Those cats are tough critics…must feel like Raygun getting judged ha.
I love those first two photos! The storm must have been mesmerizing to watch.
It was. Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
