      • And what do you do with them? Do they become part of salsa, are they simply jarred? Inquiring minds want to know!
That is quite the contraption, too!

            • I didn’t go into detail on green chiles this year since I have posted the process many times over the years. I don’t think I posted anything on it last year. So much the same as it ever was these days.

Although the bike is new. I haven’t ridden in several years. I sold my good bikes years ago. Walking has been bothering my joints, so I pulled an old cruiser out of the infinite shed of doom, modified it to fit me the best I could, and started riding it on the ditch banks. It did not fit well at all plus it beat the crap out of me on the rough ditch banks, so I got a nice, large bike with shocks. I’m not going to ride on the road because of road ragers and too many distracted drives.

              • That’s all good, Tim. I’m always interested in the various ways of preservings.

Good for you on the bike. Bummer that it’s too dangerous to ride on the roads! Good grief. Smart to take care of your joints. I’ve been looking at my bike thinking it deserves me to take it out again.

    • BTW. The sky is especially wild in this photo because I had to stitch several photos together in a panorama. It’s hard for Photo Raw to aligh the clouds properly, so the image becomes exaggerated, which makes for an interesting image. The cloud arch was so vast, I could only see a port of it in the sky.

  1. As my kids would say, that’s unfair … doing other stuff outside of work, driving and stuff (LOL).

  2. Nice bike! That first shot is really cool – don’t think I have ever seen that cloud pattern before – like an electrical current between the two tree lines.

    • The cloud arc was so large it took 4 photos to make the panorama, and it came out exaggerated because Camera Raw had a hard time stitching the clouds together. Thanks, Brian.

  3. That opening shot…OMG, I’ve never seen a sky close to that.
    Wow.
    How hot are those chillies?
Sending love all round…you, Laurie, Kitties, animals… all round!
