Phenomenal photos, Tim. I do wish the Canadian dragons would take a break and stop their scorched earth policy and cease blowing their smoke down into the states.
Amazing sky photos Tim. Just goes to show what you can capture when you take a moment, or three, to notice what is going on around you. Good lesson for new photographers.
Uhg… yes. I feel so bad for people who have to work outside and for delivery people. Even if one is in the best of circumstances, weeks and weeks of it is draining.
I think the highest the weather service showed here was 104 — but it wasn’t the hottest hour of the day when I checked. And it’s usually a few degrees hotter here than the weather people say. It’s sad when you check the temperature and say “Wow, it’s finally below 100” when it gets all the way down to 98. Some rain would be welcome. We’ve been just barely out of any of the storms. I guess this is the new normal. I keep telling my air conditioner that I love it and please keep working. 🙂
You’ve really outdone yourself with these
Thanks, Angela.
The skyscapes are stunning, and your TimKu is perfect! As Angela noted, you’ve really outdone yourself with these.
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
Riding along with the dragon!

Wow, Tim. Your cloudscapes are always gorgeous, but the first and the last here might be some of your best work ever. The poem is perfect.
Hugs.
Thanks, Teagan. Are you hotting up down south?

It’s been getting up to 99 here. I think it’s been over 100 in Albuquerque.

I love your amazing photography – what a gift you have – I also appreciate it when you place some words in between them, poetry-lovely words.
