What’s all the screaming and big bug eyes about, Harriette?
“It it it’s a a a Sp sp sp SPIDER! EEEeeeK!”
It’s only a tiny little spider.
“No. Look and it up there in the corner being all huge a scary! EEEeeek!”
I think you are overreacting, Harriette.
“Overreacting my hairy leg! That is one big, scary spider! EEEeeek! And double EeEeEeeeEK!”

That is an amazing shot, Tim! Wow..
Thanks, Dale. A tiny spider on my screen scaring a big spider on my screen. I had a scary screen.
Très cool!
That is a very handsome spider, Tim!
Thanks, Lavinia.
Let me get a shoe for to kill it with.
Now now, Liz. We don’t Kill spiders in our house.
Great photos Timothy ..
Spider’s Domain: (a Haiku)

guardian of the garden
lord of the flowers
Thanks, Ifor.
WOW!
Thanks, Cindy.
Fantastic photography, Tim. I quite like spiders myself.
I love spiders. Thanks, Jeff.
Welcome, Tim.
I have arachnophobia. It has improved a little since I was a child but I’d still rather not see spiders in my proximity. That being said… amazing photography. Spiders are fascinating creatures… Gotta love their talent for weaving webs. 🕸️ 🕷️
Understood. Watching them weave their webs is fascinating. Thanks, Inner musings.
LOL. Fun with spiders, Tim?
I expected to see another tarantula strutting his stuff down the middle of the street when we finally got some rain. (That’s what I saw last year.) They can walk up and down the street all they want, as long as they stay outside.
Hugs on the wing.
Tarantulas like to come out after it rains. If you put your hand down flat, they will crawl on it and and you can let them walk from one hand to another. Tarantulasare generally easy to handle. Thanks, Teagan.
That one let me get really close with the (camera) phone. I’m not much of a spider person. As long as they stay outside, I’ll leave them be, and hope they eat a lot of ants. But that one fascinated me.
Fascinating little creature. From a distance. 😄
Thanks, Michele.
I like your kind of humor Timothy 🙂
Thanks, Rudi. I’m happy someone likes it.
These are wonderful
Thanks, Shey.
Oh, my.. a CMYK spider, or a CMYT even! Family spider? She’s got the eye on you!
Thanks, Marina. They are colorful.
👍👌
A lot of my friends hate spiders but I do love them. They can live free in my house and I leave them alone. However, Jimi loves to eat one occasionally…
We are always saving spiders from the cats. Thanks, Herman.
Was Spinnen so anrichten können 😂 EeEeEeeeEK!“
Thanks, einfachtilda.
Creepily awesome!
Thanks, Tiffany.
Hilarious! Spiders are cool. I have official “bug glasses” with a post card at either end of the house to take out uninvited guests. I capture everything, wasps too. BUT, if I do lose control of the situation, I will scream like a girl before regaining my composure.
I happy you found the post funny as it was intended to be funny. My wife does the same on screaming before regaining her composer.
What an amazing face this spider has…..I love it:). What breed is it?
Thanks, Janet. Harriette is a jumping spider. I don’t know what the little spider is. It was tiny.
A jumping spider…now that’s food for thought:)
They are cool. The jump to catch flies in flight.
I’m with Harriett! Eeeeeeek!
Thanks, Nancy.
I can hear all of the EEEEEks from here as there have been many shrills coming from here but he is a very cute spider and love the colors and capture. I would say hush my friends and leave little Harriette be 💖💖👏👏
Thanks, Cindy.
💕
Bouh the spider! I have a phobia
Arachnophobia is quite common. Thanks for braving it and visiting, Angelilie. Did you get moved to your new place? How is it?
I had a similar spider visit me. I think they’re interesting looking. Great shot Tim!
They are fun. Thanks, Brad.
Need to title that first one – “Things in the rearview mirror are scarier than they appear”
Terrifying, Tim, yet so small all in all.
What do you use to take a close up like that?
Not going to win the prettiest face contest, but interesting.
I have used a macro lens in the past. I’ve been using my iPhone and my Bazooka for macros lately. Thanks, Resa.
HUH, interesting. What generation IPhone do you have?
iPhone 13 Pro. The latest for the moment. I do most of my photos with the iPhone now. I use it and the bazooka. The other cameras I use to use all the time sit in the safe now.
Wow, the iPhone cameras have come a long way. I’m still on 6S.
You would love a 13, but I expect Apple will come out with a new version around October.
I can’t keep up! Sigh!
I’ll do my best with what I have.
However, at some point we are forced to proceed. So, I will!
