    • Hi Junita. These are daises that look like sunflowers. They are really interesting and the bees love them.

        • The skies are clear tonight so there was no colorful sunset. Otherwise, not much. Made a bunch of beans, modified a knife holder from the old dish rack to go in our new dish rack. Washed dishes. Modified the faucet in Laurie’s sink in the bathroom so more water comes out. We have super hard water that calcifies everything. Now a lot more water comes out of her faucet. I went out to the river and talked to a fisherman who’s been catching the catfish. Came back in and washed more dishes. Gave cats cheese (we have cheese head cats). Cut tomatoes for Laurie’s Cob salad. Herded cats and washed more dishes. Working on lyrics for a new song, practicing guitar, and commenting on posts.

          • Timothy, I told you before you are fantastic. You had your plate full yet you found time to practice guitar and work on a new song. You are great. Laurie’s cob salad sounds good👌 I am sure the cats we happy with the cheese 🐈‍⬛🥰

  1. Thanks to Gabriela Marie Milton for prompting your fascinating multi-part commentary including the salad’s recipe, sharing fish tales, knife storage gadget design, CaCO3 reduction device installation, music composition, and by far the most interesting as Silver, Loki and Marble continue their training of you in the proper snack presentation of Mexican four cheese blend. Oh almost forgot: like the great shots of the real bees and the flies that look like real bees but aren’t real bees.

    • Thanks, Maj & Sher. For the cob salad equal amounts of each ingredient on the chicken, tomatoes and corn. The onions and blue cheese are to taste. Gabriela is great about bringing things out in people.

  2. I love all those brightly colored sunflower daisies, especially against the blue sky background. A gorgeous sunset, too.

The rain started here in the early morning hours. I know it won’t be much at this time, but what a welcome relief!

  3. I could look at the pictures of sunflowers and bees with honey stuck to their legs all day long. As who knows how long the bees will be around. Sending my love to you guys. Great photography Tim. Thank you, love you guys

    • Thanks, Joni. The bees are really fun to watch flying from flower to flower, poking around gathering pollen and kamikaze flying into each other.

      • I know I do it too in our bee and flower garden but I don’t have your talent or your monster lens. Veins on bunny ears, awesome stuff. By the way have you heard about the “Killer Hornets.” They were first spotted outside of Seattle. A bee keeper went out to check his substantial hives and could see carnage everywhere. The killer Hornets had bitten off the heads of all his bees. He found a dead one and that is how they were able to identify the Hornets. Bright Orange and deadly. Your flowers are so lovely. You two behave yourselves. Love and hugs to you both. ❤️🤗❤️🤗
