AAAAWWWW…”be still my hearte” YAY! This just really makes my day! Thank you! HUGE smile on this face, right now! 😃 I’m so grateful….your pictures are always such a pleasure, something to look forward to!
You are so very welcome.
I love the dark background for the single blooms. That is a gorgeous pink rose, Tim. That is a very good poem to accompany it too.
The black background around the pink rose sets it off to perfection. And Tim, your haiku is hauntingly beautiful, with or without the rose. Well done. 👏👏
oh wow Timothy
visceral and sadly true but your beautiful rose hardly seems beaten.. so gorgeous I can smell it from here… what variety is it? does it smell? 💖
Thanks, Cindy. The rose is Touch of Class. She probably has a sweet scent in humid areas, but her scent is faint in our dry climate. You see her beauty despite her ragged edges from insects and beatings by heavy rain and hail. She is an exquisite exhibition rose. However, if I entered her in a rose show in the condition I have captured in the photo, the judges would be horrified and I would be ridiculed. A sad reality which I believe is tangentially reflected in the poem.
You are welcome. I checked out your blog, but my browser blocked a lot of your pages because of the embedded social media. I noticed there was nothing for men under Men on your site. I have an aunt who has sold Avon for like 60 years. She’s really stuck with it.
Recently I have been playing with the features in the blog setting😊
Yes! I believe in the products for sure! I haven’t had a chance to go over a men’s product just yet, but I should have something up soon. Do you happen to get Avon from your aunt or can I send you a link with what we have to offer for men?
I don’t get Avon from my Aunt. She lives in Kansas. I’m in New Mexico. Send me a link and I’ll see what you have to offer.
Oh, okay. Yes! If you are Facebook, ig, Twitter, or have an email feel free to connect with me for any questions you have.
I can follow up in a couple of days to see what you thought 😊
Very sad.
Beautiful photo, just the story seemed sad.
Thanks, Leah, It is sad. Too many women are abused and silent.
So beautiful!
That’s a beauty all around from spectacular photo to heartfelt poem.
Thanks, Dale.
OOOOHHHH…..LOVE!!!!!!
Thanks, Eleanor. I was thinking of you when I posted it.

Sorry for the typo, Timothy.
No need to apologize. I can’t type worth a darn these days. I think typos are simply part of the territory when posting comments.

Thanks, KT. I’m happy you liked the photo and the poem.

The strong prevail and are always beautiful!
True. Thanks, Tiffany.
You have captured the essence of “less is more,” Tim! Profound and beautiful- a powerful combination!
