Fascinating close ups,Timothy. Those Assassin bugs are awesome….
Thanks, Maj & Sher. I wish the Assassin Bug would go for pests instead of little native bees. Those bees are super pollinators.
I see what you mean…
Wow! These are fantastic close-ups!
Thanks, Tiffany.
Daisy Life is exciting! Lots more going on than we can imagine.
It sure is. This was a slow day. Thanks, Holly.
It was here, we are caught in the sands of The Sahara. Staying in. What next?
You are getting the dust storm that blew across the Atlantic? Sounds like a good time to write poetry.
It’s not good for any outdoor activity that’s For sure , cough cough.
Wow, you had some beautiful visitors today, Timothy! 🥰
Thanks, John.
Beautiful series of photos, Tim! Life abounds at all levels. These are great closeups!
Thanks, Lavinia.
Beautiful Timothy. Beautiful.

Thanks, Gabriela.
My pleasure Timothy.
Hi Gabriela. I heard the owlets this morning, but I could not see them hidden in the leaves. My neigbor said she saw both of the owlets early in the morning yesterday.
Timothy, thank you so much for letting me know. I am so glad she saw them. I still worry about them but I guess they are old enough now. I will miss them.
I’d love to be able to take such shots, Timothy. I loked uo the Assasin Bug on Google. Awesome bug and photos, Sir!
Thanks, Inchcock.
Beautiful photos, I like the macros 🙂
Thanks, Harry.
Amazing close ups.
Thanks, Shehanne.
What a wonderful series. Boo to the assassin bug – pick on the ones we don’t like – like wasps!!
He’ll go after a small wasp. Thanks, Dale.
Gotta train him to leave our bees alone!
That would be nice.
It would. ☺️
I told him “Bad bug”. But it didn’t phase him.
Haha! As long as he didn’t turn on you!
Gorgeous!!!
Thanks, YellowCable.

Hi Nwagbo. I checked out you blog. You have an interesting perspective. I accept your invitation.
Gorgeous work, Tim. It was a busy day at the daisy patch.
That assassin bug is a wicked looking critter. I actually feel sorry for the bee.
Hugs on the wing.
Thanks, Teagan. I felt sorry for the poor little bee. The assassin bug need to go for pesky pests, not good little bees. But it’s hard to train and discipline an assassin bug.
Great shots!
Thanks, Victoria.
it’s fun to see all these different insects that come on these pretty daisiesand very good pictures
Thanks, Yoshimi.
Hey Tim … those shasta daisies are very popular! I have them at home too, a favourite of mine. Wonderful images ..
My, you know all these creatures! Poor bee… assassin means business!
Great close ups!
