Jake turns into a Werejake on Halloween
Holy Jakamole! That’s impressive! And the rest of you cats think I’m silly to be wary of Jake! I rest my kitty case.

The President of UNM’s yard

Sandias under the half moon. The Pleiades rising on the left.

Resa’s Tree was having a wild hair day at dawn.

Towhee singing a morning song.

A Mountain Chickadee made a quick stop on the garden cart. I barely got in two shots edgewise.

Butterfly on Brian’s favorite flower.
Lady Banks. Our first rose to bloom.

Contrails at dusk disturbed the ghosts, who went plasmatic on me.

Hmmm! Temperatures aligned.

Conjunctions happen! And this week, Venus and The Pleiades are getting up close and personal as they pass each other, as seen from our earthly perspective.

Venus looked orb-like shining through the thin cloud cover, with The Pleiades managing to shine through the clouds as well.

Speaking of orbs, I was in the middle of a bast of phantasm plasma bursting out of the dark matter. Researchers who deal in paranormal activity believe that ghosts and spirits travel in plasmatic cylinders and orbs.

This is a series of the pink moon rising on April 6th when it was 100% full, but not the official “full moon” from the night before. The fifth photo shows Venus near the horizon under wild clouds.

Green ghost flies from damnation
Satin lost his grip

When I took the photo of the sparks flying from the burning embers as they were stirred, I did not see the ghost until I processed the photo. Since I had “Live View” on when I took the photo, I was able to create the above animated GIF from the images that make up the live view image.

My birthday cake. Costco didn’t have any cakes with Happy Birthday!
This is a display along Corrales Road. I’m happy I got it early. The skeleton disappeared after the high winds last week.
All the cats got to try on the bat wings. Loki in photos 12 and 13 was the best batwing model. Glenda (3rd photo) and Gwendolyn (last photo) were pretty good, also. Black cats know they look good in bat wings. Spunk, on the other hand, told me exactly what he thought about wearing bat wings after I took them off him (7th photo).
I walked out to the Tangle Heart Tree under the light of a half-moon. The owls hooted, Chupacabra nipped at my heels, and La Llorona wept in the shadows. As I approached the Tangle Heart Tree, the half-moon and Jupiter fell into the heart. While I was photographing the phenom of a cottonwood embracing two celestial bodies, a legion of ghosts swept past me streaking my photo, causing the coyotes and chupacabra to howl, and La Llorona to cry out as she grabbed at the apparitions hoping to catch her children among the flock of phantoms. The remnants of ghostly matter made the next photo look like a painting. The following photo came out a little clearer, but there were still pieces of paranormal particles hanging in the air. The last photo cleared up a little more but it still shows remnants of the eidolon.
