A very good thing. When our office was downtown, the restaurant underneath us wasn’t having its grease trap cleaned. I forced the issue, and the grease trap cleaner unknowingly broke the inlet to the grease trap in the process of breaking up a greaseberg. Then the restaurant ran 900 gallons of grease under the building. Needless to say, the stench was sickening. Thanks, couriers.

That iceberg looks like a pile of foamy froth from something upstream. Looks like more of it around the snapping turtle.
