We have a lot of coffe roasters in town, so I can get many types of beans roasted how I like it. My wife likes flavored beans that we get from New Piñon Coffee, and I like most any dark roasted bean.
On pepper sauce, have you tried Dave’s Gourmet “Ghost Pepper” Naga Jolokia Hot Sauce? I’ll just say that is pretty fiesty.
