I’ve always been weirdly fascinated when I see a single lost/discarded shoe… It’s never a pair. Wouldn’t it be nice if that was the worst mystery to puzzle me. Have a great weekend, Tim!
Haha. Lavinia, I already have so many waiting… I will have to live to be well over 110. Now you’ve put the seed of something related to these “shoe trees” in my head to germinate. 😉
Cool shots Tim…I think this deserves an entire story…so get writing…create the fascinating story behind this observation. The photos can be the end of the story…the beginning or insert into the middle of the drama. Go for it!!!! P.
I spy a broken heel. Good captures.
Last week I broke my heel at work. Needless to say, I had to get some new ones. The guys tried to fix it for me but it didn’t work. LOL
There’s a pair of running shoes tied together hanging on the power line in the dead end alley between the buildings, and yes I did find a pair together the other day, not common. Single shoes crop up quite often. Thanks, Resa.

Hi Teagan, I see a lot of single shoes downtown. It’s always a mystery as to whether the other shoe is still being worn.
That would make the start of a great story, Teagan!

And the Paloma flowed? Hehe!
Hehehe! Thanks, Inchcock.
Buon weekend 🙂
Grazie, Simona. Have a wonderful weekend, also.
Very cool pictures, Timothy.
Thanks, Amy Rose.
So welcome!

HI Michelle. I’m amazed heals don’t break more often.
Gosh yes. I sure was surprised mine did. They weren’t cheap. Might be worth a trip to the cobbler. 😛
Ahh, a single shoe. All is normal.
You did a pair, sort of recently. It was very disconcerting.
