Beware of Dog!
We drove to Wiesbaden this morning to shop for cars. Jessica needs a reliable car to run around to the different places where she does massage therapy.

We got a bit wired before venturing onto the used car lot.

Der Hund!

The cars in the running were this sporty Toyota…

A Maserati…

A classic BMW…

And a smiley VW Golf.
Any guesses as to which one Jessica bought?

Bridges over the Rhine

Alexandrine Parakeets were chirping in the trees. They are very large parakeets.

A medeival wheelchair ramp

There were also Rose-ringed Parakeets in the trees. They are smaller than the two.

We went to a Viking restaurant for dinner.

Atlas: “No one asked me if I wanted to go car shopping!”

That is one fab trip you are on.
Loving the parakeets! xx
Theypaprakeets are big. Thanks, Resa.
My daughter lived Wiesbaden and Now leather across the river in Mainz. I just finished a short story that takes place in a little park along the Rhine.
Ah the Papagei
Sounds like a great story. Wiesbaden is large with lots of cars parked along most of the narrow streets. Thanks, Mark.
We need to go visit Mainz as well, I’ve read there are many neat sights there.
the parks along the Rhine seem charming, I could see them inspiring a story
Please… Don’t ignore a smart cat too much…!!
Atlas says thanks, Herma.
Such beautiful sights!
Thanks, Lori.
I’c honestly say, when it comes to shopping for reliability, forget the cars and concentrate on the hound.
Hound of the Gebrauchtwagenhändler! Me thinks that might make a good story 😹 Thanks, Shey.
That’s a good quantity of coffee – depending on how many partook!
So? Which car?
Love the parakeets. I like the hund, too!
The sensible, smiley VW, of course. As I told Shey it’s The Hound of the Gebrauchtwagenhändler! He had a low ruff when he barked at us.
I figured.
Haha! Love it.
fun photos of so many things.. Stay away from that dog. Sunsets are gorgeous and adorable birds. I hope you steered her to the vw.. as a MT too, I wouldn’t trust the others.. 😂
He waas a sweet olf Gebrauchtwagenhändler! Thanks, Cindy.
That is one huge word. awwww.. sweet! welcome❣️
German is famous for big words. Thanks, Cindy.
💃🕺 got it!
I hope she got that slick linking Maserati! Nice Parakeets. Something tells me you were tempted to take that ramp from hell. They must not have a disabilities act over there. Finally recognize one of your bird finds, the Egyptian Goose.
I finally got your goose, eh? The Maserati turned out to be a bit pricey. Der VW smile got her. The Alexandrine Parakeets are huge like Amazon’s.
Well, the Maserati can make you smile when you hot the accelerator!
Hit
Bad bird finger?
Ha, yes it is
BTW, I got photos of a Black Redstart in the Black Forest on Saturday. Before that, I was way up on top of the world, 3 hours away from the house. I had Merlin listen for birds, and all it identified were Great Tits and Eurasian Blue Tits. Apparently, there are Great Tits everywhere in Germany.
Evident by the Oktoberfests there!!
The Bimmer. Classic, if the heater is still functional.
Turned out the Bimmer was not for sale. Thanks, Shunter.
Der Hund looks like he means business. You find some interesting slices of life wherever you go, Tim!
I am betting on the smiley VW Golf.
Der Hund of the Gebrauchtwagenhändler, was and old dog. He woofed at us in a low ruff. The VW is the car.
Loving these snapshots of your adventures Tim. Can’t guess which car though, they’re all pretty unique.
The VW. There are a lot of Mazdas here. Tristan drives a Mazda 3. But, like the USA, not Mazda pickups. Thanks, Miriam.
Nice collection of photos, so diverse and interesting!
Thanks, Tiffany.
I’m guessing the VW! The dog does look like a bit of a bruiser.
He’s a big old doggy. Thanks, Liz.
I thought he looked like he had some years on him. You’re welcome, Tim.
Gorgeous pictures. I’d say the golf
Correct. Thanks, Robbie.
A sensible choice.
What a wonderful time you’re all having! Thank you for sharing. 😊
You are welcome, Michele
