Uppity Kitty

Worm Moon at Dawn

Cranes flying up north from down south are passing through.

“What’s this uppity women from the Middle Ages stuff? What about uppity middle-aged cats from the here and now? I’m going to go medieval on that paper!”

Cranes that flew from down south, on the way north, roosting at 4th of July Point for the night.

  1. Hahahaha! The terrifying Medieval Toothed Spunkie-Poo 💋.

His bones will no doubt be dug up in 10,000 years, and be proclaimed as a prime example of a vicious paper predator.

    • Hahaha! Medieval Toothed Spunker. He is a vicious paper preditor. We have to be careful about what papers we leave lying around. If Spunk doesn’t tear them up, Belafonte will. Thanks, Resa.

  2. I love all these photos from your area, Tim. You and The Painter make a great team.

Spunk has taken to reading and reviewing research papers now? He has a very formidable set of teeth!

    • Thanks, Randall. Laurie gave a paper on women’s agency in the Middle Ages at a medieval conference yesterday, and she and our daughter decided green represented agency. Spunk provides us with a lot of entertainment.
