With good reason! I’m rejoining right now because we actually have sun (though it is damn cold) for the second day in a row! Woot! It’s been weeks since we’ve seen the sun.
I’ve been riding my bike in the cold. I have warm bike clothes, but my joints hurt all night long after riding. My oldness is not as compatible with exercise in the cold as when I was young.
Very nice
Thanks, vermavkv.
Beautiful rocky body
Thanks, abvr.
You are welcome Timothy
Best time of the day …especially at your place! 😉
Thanks, Marina.
And all very different.
Thanks, Shey.
That second one looks like a painting! I love it.
Thanks, Liz.
You’re welcome, Tim.
reminds me of Japanese drawing
Thanks, Victoria.
Your photos are so artistic and well composed, thank you for inspiring me, Tim! 📸🤩
You are welcome, Tiffany. Thanks, for dropping by.
Looks like a clear, beautiful dawning of the day there, Tim, I agree, that second one does look like a painting. It is a beautiful image.
Thanks, Lavinia.
That middle shot is spectacular .. a perfect Timku❣️
Thanks, Cindy.
That second shot is way cool, Tim!! xo
Thanks, Resa.
Love number 2!
Thanks, Geoff.
You are gifted with beautiful skies that you in turn gift us with the images of!
Our wild skies are one reason NM is called The Land of Enchantment. Thanks, Dale.

Nice! We didn’t see the sun yesterday, but it’s clear and cold this morning.
Yes! It’s -12℃ (feels like -20) or 10℉ (feels like 3). I’m becoming a wuss with the cold, I swear!
That’s cold. It’s been -9.4C most mornings at our house lately. It was only -3C this morning. Cold is more painful as you age.
Dang. That’s pretty darn cold for you guys, too! It is, isn’t it? Ugh.
I’ve been riding my bike in the cold. I have warm bike clothes, but my joints hurt all night long after riding. My oldness is not as compatible with exercise in the cold as when I was young.
Oh dear. The joints are the biggest sufferers from the cold, that is for sure. They need extra TLC if you are going to abuse them that way!
When I see “dawning” I always think of “yawning” since the strong gravitation pull of my pillow usually prevents me from seeing the day break.
I’ve been yawning while dawning because it’s been hard to get to bed at a decent hour. Thanks, Brian.
