What a sweet face! Many years ago my cousins had three potbellied pigs, Wilbur, Charlotte and YooHoo. Wilbur took off, and was reported to be living in a haystack on a neighboring farm, and then he bit a cow on the nose when the cow got too close. Wilbur was on the run after that, never seen again.
Weβve got lots of wild boar running around in the deep brush on Merritt Island unfortunately a guy was attacked by one and was pretty messed up. That is their territory, gotta be aware. He does look sad a penned up .
Hi Holly. These guys are simply pets, but we have javelina in the southern part of the state that came mess people up, and then the ferrel pigs can be real problems.
The Schnozzle
Urban schnozz. Thanks, Bruce.
He looks so sad at being caged in. Is he being fatted up for food, or a pet, Tim?
Hi Inchcock. The pig has a large yard to roam in. There are two pigs. They are small, pot-belly pigs which are kept as pets.
Ah, glad to hear that, Tim.
Adorable!!! I could huggle that sweetie.
It is adorable. And friendly too. I believe it would really enjoy a hug from you. Thanks, Resa!

A fine close up π
Thanks, Harry!
A fine oinker. We see wild boar on our land but call our rather boisterous dogs the domestic boars.
Thanks, Couriers.
A fine young lad. π
Yes it is. Thanks, David!
Why was there an urban boar?
Hi Teri. Because there’s an urban farm.
He’s a cutie.
Thanks, Susan!

Wilber was a character and ended up a ham on the lam. Thanks, Lavinia!

These are , as far as I know, just wild Boar. They arenβt something one want to encounter on a stroll down to the beach π
