These may actually be “toadstools”, but since we’ve had all the rain, our yard is bursting with a variety of fungi. I find the blue mushrooms especially interesting and beautiful with their feathery texture and curled edges.

Really nice. Amazing what a *little* rain can do, isn’t it?
Thanks, Susan!
Beautiful fungi photographs. I have never seen this one before. You should have some interesting fairy rings in the future. Love your land.
Thanks, Lois!
Wow! I like the blue ones, too, and the lacy edged ones. Cool mushrooms!
Thanks, Brenda!

Mmmm. Even if they’re not edible.
What a wonderful variety of mushrooms—some of these are really new to me..
I had not seen some of them before either.
They look like little umbrellas from a kids’ storybook. Very cute.
Thanks, Juanita!
These photos tickle your imagination and fantasy… Great! Love the fall…
Thanks, Erica!
But these are older pictures? You couldn’t have taken those now with your back… 😉
The mushroom photos were taken the day I posted them.
So it’s getting better!?
absolutely stunning!
Thanks!
Fun and gorgeous!
Thanks, Teagan!
