Thanks, Gabriela.
My pleasure 🌹
Fun collection, especially the street lights and first two dawn images Tim.
Thanks, Brad.
The absolutely only place I want to see Starlings and House Sparrows!!
I’ve had to book a flight on the Starlings and Sparrows to get back to Germany. My flight was canceled because of a German airline worker strike tomorrow. Thanks, Brian.
As always, fabulous shots. What’s brought you to Dundee? Love the old buildings!
To visit Shey and John. They are delightful Dundonians. We had a grand time yesterday. Thanks, Dale.
What a fabulous trip this is!! So many wonderful people to meet and hang out with.
Absolutely.
Wow…beautiful. Are you ever going home? Have the cats been calling you everyday?
At the moment, no! I woke up the morning to learn my flight to Germany was canceled because of a German airline worker strike, and the flight they rescheduled me on overlapped with my flight back to the States. The flight back to the States has been moved up a week, and I finally got a better flight, I hope, than the one Lufthansa scheduled. Thanks, Gigi.
Ah, so it’s all working out for the best. That’s great and you get to stay longer. Everyone will be so happy to see you when you get home. Having said that, one or two of the kitties may ignore you for a day or two, until they forgive you for leaving them. LOLO
The best that one can expect.
That’s true.
Enjoy the time in Dundee, Tim! I especially love those photos of the birds and wildlife.
Thanks, Lavinia.
You are a wonderful visitor. These are amazing.
Aww! Thanks, Shey.
Dundee is a wonderful city – I luckily have family there. I was in Stirling last week and could have waved!
Thanks, Couriers. Dundee has so much great history and architecture.
Another beautiful stage in your tour across Europe and a collection of great photographs.
Thanks, Herman. So many beautiful things to photograph.
Hi Timothy
We like Dundee as well. We went there to have a look at Scott’s ship Discovery, but then we stayed for three days.
The Fab Four of Cley
🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
Dundee is fabulous. Thanks, Fab Four.
You got some great photos, I love the architecture and history!
Thanks, Tiffany.
I was 5 when I left Dundee. I still remember going up Law Hill and the Tay Bridge, does the “Fifey” ferry still cross the rever to Fife?
That I don’t know about the Fifey ferry. She would have to answer that question. Besides the cold wind, Law Hill was wonderful. I only saw the Tay Bridge, and Shey explained the 1879 Tay Bridge disaster. The piles from the old bridge are still sticking up out of the water. Thanks, Geoff.
I’ve tried to comment via a different link and I’m not sure that it was sent, but hopefully this one will. Thanks to Shey, she pointed me in the direction of your time in Dundee. I hope you enjoyed your visit as much as your fabulous blog shows. Great stuff!
I got your first comment. She mentioned you. Dundee is a lovely city. So much history, great architecture, and so many things to see and do. I checked out your blog. You are truly a world wanderer. Thanks, Malcolm.
Your blog looks great Timothy. I’ve subscribed so that I can catch up on some of your other posts. I’ve only ever been to Dundee once, and that was just a brief visit, so it was good to see it through your lens.
I don’t travel much, but my home in the high desert of New Mexico, USA, is a beautiful area.
I’m not able to travel like I used to, but at least I can still write about some of the places I’ve been. Earth and everything about it is absolutely fascinating, and although I’ll never get to New Mexico now, you can rest assured that I’ll be reading more about it now.
