  1. Silver looks like he has seen something he cannot unsee. Perhaps the kitty on their back with the fangs exposed? I am not sure which kitty that one is.

Those colorful flowers are a feast for the eyes.

Do you and Laurie still roast those Big Jim peppers every year?

    • We put up a couple of sacks of Big Jims this year. Loki is the one doing the vampire fang kitty look. Thanks, Lavinia.

    • I’m happy you enjoyed the silly cats and Valentine’s roses on a cold morning. It’s cold here, but not like a month ago. Thanks, Randall.

  2. Tim, I found you! Haven’t seen your posts for some time now. Glad you are still blogging away. Always enjoyed your photos and blog posts. Put me on you follow list, please. Christine

    • I Christine. Did you get your book published? Our daughter moved to Germany for her job in November and we Just got the rest of her fmily off to Germany. The move turned all our lives upside down, so I lost track of where you were on your book. You should be able to click “Follow” or “Subscribe” by my name in the Reader.

      • Thanks, Tim for the news. Germany is a long way away. Is this the first overseas job for your daughter? What city in Germany. The sequel is on the last edit phase. I’ll publish in March. Let you know. I do have Hamburg, Germany in there! Excited to launch the book. I’ll check my reader. You must have fallen off. Glad I got back to your blog. Love the flowers & cats!

        • She lives in Bruchmühlbach-Miesau and works at the Air Force Base in Ramstein. This is her first overseas job; however, we lived in Spain for four years, so living in Europe is not new to her. Please let me know when your book is available.

I still post every day. I mostly post dawns, dusks, cats, and cranes right now.

          • Thanks, Tim for the info. I’ll look for your posts. Good your daughter is acclimated to living overseas. The distance is just hard on you. Looks like your daughter is close to the France border. That’s nice. I definitely will let you know when the book is available. Thanks for asking about it. I had a two month delay due to illness in getting it to the editor. I’m back on track and waiting for her last edit changes. This will be the final historical fiction book. Going to help a friend write his Sci-fi book. I’m on a fast learning curve for that genre. Why not try something different.

            • Sci-fi sounds like fun. I’m happy to see you are back in the blogosphere. Unlike when we lived in Spain, where we were cut off from friends and family except for snail mail and an occasional, costly phone call, we communicate with Tristan daily. Tristan is not isolated like we were 28 years ago.

              • Thanks, Tim. I remember you mentioning you lived in Spain years ago. And isolated from friends. Good that you can talk to your daughter whenever you want to. Me too. I’m glad I’m connected again in blogosphere.
