I had a wonderful time meeting you and visiting with you. Thanks, so much for taking the time to drop by the hotel.
I adore sparrows. They are on the decline here in Toronto, and in general. It’s a sad state of affairs.
Jack is a a real pretty poser, and you have captured him wonderfully!
Fortunately, we have lots and lots of sparrows, other sparrow-sized birds, and various types of finches that stay around all winter. We have a lot foliage they they thrive on. I leave most of the tall grasses and other plants uncut all winter so the birds can eat the seeds through the winter into spring.
Beautifully done, Tim. I think you captured its personality. Hugs on the wing.
Thanks, Teagan. It was a cold morning when I got him.
wonderful shot.
Thanks, Modius.

I love the way this image of a cute bird projects the feel of a wintry afternoon (even though it is not winter yet). 🙂
It was a really cold frosty morning, seemed like a winter afternoon. Thanks, Susan.
That is a very beautiful composition, Tim, a healing image for the season.
Thanks, Lavinia.
Beautiful photo Tim, few things are as lovely as s Sparrow and you’ve captured this one so perfectly for a frosty morning.
Thanks, Holly. I’m happy you like it. Sparrows are fun to watch as they flit around the grasses and seed heads.
Perfect little creatures!
