I always said to my kids when they were young… how do you lose your hats and gloves …all the time?! That mitten looks to have been handmade. Reply
The other mitten is looking for its mate … “Now, where can it be? We were nicely tucked in the same pocket.” Reply
Aw… poor little kitten-mitten. What’s going on with that thing above it? It looks like a face. Cool photo, Tim. You have a great eye for these things. Hugs. Reply
Hi Teagan. You noticed the mysterious face trapped in a a discarded piece of plastic packaging. It is curious. Reply
It looked sad and lonely. I didn’t know what to do for it other than take a photo. Kind of heartless of me. Thanks, Lavinia. Reply
I used a few because it is quite ambiguous. You’re still young no matter how many years have gone by, so “a few years” seemed quite fitting.
That is both cute and sad…how did a child lose the mitten; are her hands cold; etc…
I thought it was rather curious. Thanks, Susan.

Around here the ghosts steal them. But kids do have a way of losing things. Thanks, Nancy.

It is a mystery. Kind of like missing socks the dryer eats. Thanks, David.
I used to have strings on mine threaded through the sleeves of my coat.
Someone wasn’t smart enough to do that. Thanks, Susan.

A lone mitten with a kitten face. Looks like it is waving for help!

That’s where my mitt from grade 2 went!
It’s been roaming the earth for a few years looking for you. Thanks, Resa.
A few years? I was in grade 2 when I lost that darn mitt!!

It’s a few years! xo
The plastic man will make sure no one punks on the mitten with the sappy face
That sounds reasonable. Thanks, Dawn.
