The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta wrapped up this morning. We did not see balloons this morning. They either stayed over the field or flew south. Last night they had the final fireworks show. Above is a video of the fireworks I recorded from the west bank of the Rio Grande at Beaver Point. Below are stills from the fireworks show.

The fireworks were impressive; thanks for the video and pics. I hear them where I am, but don’t see them.
We have to go to the river to see them. All the cottonwoods block our view. Thanks, Susan.
Thanks for sharing these wonderful photos and video with readers, Tim. That is some annual event down there!
Hi Lavinia. They have fireworks five nights out of the 9 day event. They also had skydivers who let off fireworks this year. They have laser light shows and sculpting with chainsaws exhibitions on the field with other entertainment, and lots of food vendors. It’s a really major event with around a million people coming into Albuquerque for it. We only have 2 million people in New Mexico.
there are other hot air balloon festivals, but Albuquerque is very popular and popular
A beautiful balloon and pretty images of fireworks that you show us
