Is that how spiders carry their babies? Spooky looking, but then, spiders seem to like to bite me, thus making me loath just the sight of them… and carrying around a gazillion baby spiders! Yikes!
I think that it’s fascinating how these spiders carry their babies on their back, I’ve seen it in a documentary but never in real life. But I’m not quite sure if they are living in Germany aswell…
Bellissime foto come sempre 🙂
Grazie, Simona!

At least that’s what Wolf Spiders do. Not sure what other spiders carry their babies around. Thanks, Genie!
Beautiful
Thanks, Cammie!
Wonderful shots until that last one with the spiders – shiver! BTW what lens did you use for these?
Hi Teri! The first four shots are taken with a Canon 70-200mm ƒ/4 L Lens zoomed at 200mm. The spider is taken with a Fujinon 35mm ƒ/1.4 lens.
Thanks Tim. Do you use a tripod or have nerves of steel? 🙂
Hard nerves of steel. I rarely use a tripod.
WTG!

Another impressive set of images — I’m especially taken by “Watching the Sunset.”
